Terrific service! Attentive but not intrusive. Very friendly snd eager to help We each had the three course meal special-Sirloin steak and Salmon/shrimp. Both delicious! Side salads were extremely fresh and crisp and plentiful! ! And the warm bread!!! Needless to say we had a wonderful experience and plenty to rake home!!

Aside from the kitchen staff ignoring my dietary requests, the food was good once corrected. Service was awesome, our server Corey was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Management comped our desert for the inconvenience of having to wait for food due to the kitchen errors.

Food was ok. The Lobster Queso was good (the chips could use some salt…especially if they are fried to order). The Shrimp & Grits…knowing it was $19.95…was skimpy on shrimp and Andouille. Plus the grits appeared dried/overcooked. But liked the ambience.

We had dinner here for the 2nd time and this visit, on a Saturday evening, was noticeably different in terms of service for some reason. Although the front desk could use improvement, both times the employees seemed a bit confused or unsure of what to do, but the rest of the service this night was great! We remarked several times at how attentive everyone was starting with the front door being opened for us while entering and departing, a very capable waitress, drinks being shaken and poured at our table and later a newly chilled glass being offered to replace the glass we were originally served, as well as the manager stopping by to check on everything. We all ordered the 3 Course Menu and were surprised by the size of each dish for the money. The food was very good and a great value! Overall, our experience at Firebirds was really enjoyable and exactly how a restaurant experience should be, guaranteeing that your clientele will return!

It was for my in-laws 59th anniversary and the staff made it very special with a card signed by the staff. They didn’t draw any attention to them, which my in laws would not have wanted. Everyone helped to make it an extra special occasion. Thank you!

Steaks aren’t great. Been there 3 times and haven’t enjoyed one meal.
