They have only been open 2 months, so likely still working out the bugs. But I ordered a NY Strip and was brought a sirloin. My son ordered a NY Strip medium, it was brought out rare-medium rare, we asked them to cook it a little longer and they did and it came back perfect. My wife ordered a sirloin medium, it came out rare, so she ate the sirloin that was given to me while I waited for my NY Strip. I think they are still just getting their systems in place, everything worked out okay and the staff and manager was very very nice about it and comped my NY Strip. We will definitely go back, but if you are expecting a traditional Firebirds experience, I would give them the summer to get there.

We had a lovely evening! Started at the bar for a little happy hour! Jill is the best bartender!!! Then we had a wonderful dinner! Service was excellent and everyone enjoy their food! Yummy dessert too for the birthday girl!

Smaller venue compared to Mason location, food and drinks were good, although the shrimp and grits were drowned in sauce, flavors and heat were very good, but the volume of sauce drowned the grits/ The music was too loud and made conversation hard.

This is the second time we visited for the holiday ribs special. It was very good, but not quite as good as the last time. Still would highly recommend. Server was pretty friendly but dismissed our request to substitute a different side from the french fries and fruit. We had to "challenge" her response, letting her know that they allowed us to do this in the past without any hesitation. Still a very good visit just slightly "less" than previous visits.

This was our first time at the Liberty restaurant and it did not disappoint. Our waiter was amazing and so was the food. Will definitely be going back.

Food was very salty. Took a long time for our server to greet us. We came for our anniversary and no recognition. Just wish we had gone somewhere else. Overpriced for the food you get.

Nice restaurant but portions we're small, food tasted just ok and VERY over priced. We eat out twice a week at various restaurants and won't be going back to Firebirds

Great atmosphere, and you definitely get what you pay for! Large portions that's filling and the food fills the plate, as well as your stomach. You will need a box for sure (they will package your leftovers for you). Not to mention, the dessert (carrot cake, creme brullle cheese cake, and lemon cake) are a must. Friendly environment, excellent customer service, clean, great music, and flavorful, seasoned food. Make the trip and experience greatness, you won't be disappointed.
