   Wonderful experience at Firebird's Springfield Mother's Day Brunch! Bloody Mary was on point and the good was great.

   Kitchen messed up our order and gave us a steak that had been sitting out. It was cold and not cooked to order. Wait staff apologized and gave us free dessert. This was our first time there and it is primarily a steak place. Unfortunately our experience wasn't good

   The service was excellent by my waiter, Chris, as well as the manager. They both made sure that my food was to my liking. Much appreciated. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

   Ella and the team provided exceptional service, the food was delicious, and the menu options were great. Highly recommend!

   Steaks were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Chicken was a little dry. Very noisy - hard to hear conversation. Very expensive.

   Firebirds was packed! Glad to see so much business and happy that we made a reservation. Food and service were excellent. With so many patrons in a rather small space, noise level is high. It is difficult to hear the people sitting across from you. Expect to pay more for such high-quality.
