Went here for brunch on a Sunday , had perfect volume of people and service was amazing . Didn’t have to wait for anything or go searching out any servers . Salad bar was well stocked with fresh food and breakfast area was good a well. Would definitely do brunches here again .

I was a fan of the Fogo in downtown Baltimore - great salad bar; meat swordsmen that never stopped coming and so on. Not so of my experience at the Towson location. To start, there are no assigned servers to particular tables. "Everyone takes care of everyone" - or no one takes care of anyone. No water refills. No requests about second drinks. Wine took forever to be delivered after four inquiries of various staff passerbys. Popovers placed on table with no plates. Sides for the meats brought before we had even gone to salad bar (which left them cold). No clean plates for meat after salad without asking. And no inquiry about more wine And what happened to the best salad bar around? It was more akin to a Ruby Tuesdays than a class restaurant - and could the greens be more overdressed? Even more, what happened to the onslaught of meat? I was never able to get a slice or two, calmly eat and then need to look around and hail someone with a sword like was necessary - and the swordsmen seemed to be heavily weighted toward chicken and pork and away from beef. A manager had to be summoned to direct beef peroneel to our table. Fogo was never an inexpensive dining experience but the value was in the quality of the food, presentation and service. Not anymore.

This was my first visit and I felt so important. The customer service was wonderful because I was always being checked on by the servers and the food and atmosphere was just wonderful and fresh.

The food was great, so many options. The portions were great too! The mashed potatoes, rolls. and polenta fries; I wish we had more of those offered! Our server wasn’t very attentive to our table. We had to ask others to get us more drinks or sides. I ordered a cocktail and she never ordered it, so therefore I didn’t receive it (I was never charged for it, thankfully). She brought our check and after several long minutes, we eventually, had to flag down someone else to take care of it! The overall experience went well and we are likely to return! With it being very busy because of Father’s Day, I’m hoping that is why our experience wasn’t as good as we had anticipated!

We usually dine at the downtown restaurant. We decided to try this new location and truly regretted it. From the hostess seating my party of six, being completely distracted and borderline dismissive, to the 45 min wait for food to be in motion..it was very frustrating. We never learned the name of our server, he disappeared for more than 38 mins. Water served was warm. The salad bar was very limited. The "sides" were not brought out until it was time to go. We had to request them. No bread was ever served. There were young adults in our party who had never experienced Churrasco dining, and I spent some time on the ride over there explaining how festive and delicious the meal would be. As the meat started coming around, it was mostly chicken and sausage and cheese with honey was presented to the table 6 times. The "real" cuts of meat did not appear until 15 mins before closing time. By that time, announcements about the "market table being broken down started happening. We were trying to eat fast and could not enjoy the occasion that brought us there. Staff remained at the kitchen doors in the back appearing uninterested, and angry that we were still eating. Reservation was 8:30. There was a larger party seated next to us who managed to lure our server over to them for laughs and conversation while we waited for drink refills for more than 25 mins after ordering. I had to physically walk around looking for someone to track down our drink order. For a $600+ bill, I think we would have received better service at Applebee's. The meat servers seemed so agitated when we would say "yes" for a cut of whatever they were slicing. We left the establishment vowing to never support them again. This location is very new, but they need a hand in the customer service lane. The downtown Baltimore location is a true dining experience with enthusiastic workers, and servers who are there to actually serve. I wish I could request a refund. It's a whole day later, still bummed.

I don't know that I have ever had such a disappointing experience in a restaurant. Wait times for food and drink were completely unreasonable, considering the place was not crowded. Two of our party of 6 waited 90 minutes for their meals. One other waited 15 minutes after ordering, only to be told they didn't have what she had ordered. The market table was also disappointing in terms of selection and appeal. Even the checkout process was problematic. After 3 attempts, we finally received the correct check. We expected significantly more from this restaurant. We will not be returning.
