   Dalton was our server and he was the BEST!! The calamari is wonderful and the Mac and cheese add lobster is sooo rich and good. Genuinely my favorite espresso martini ever as well

   They were out of the speciality drink I wanted, but the octopus dish was great!

   After being sat me and my guest were not greeted by our server (waited 20 mins and restaurant was not busy). I notify another server her response was “that’s not my section”. I responded kindly asking her to simply notify some one that we haven’t been helped. Our server walks over 5 mins later and ask “what do yall need”. We order a few shareables and were lthen advised we needed to order asap because the kitchen was closing. My second time eating at this location. However, first time service was an issue.

   I would have rated this restaurant higher if it weren’t for the extremely loud music. When you go to dinner at 6 pm on a weekday, you’re going to have a meal and talk. Not to a nightclub. Mind you, we’re in our late 20’s, early 30s. When we talked to the waiter, he couldn’t even hear us. When we asked if the music could be turned down a bit so we could hear each other speak, we were told that the restaurant’s vibe is meant to be lively. That multiple other tables requested that the music be turned down and he already turned it down a notch each time, but that not much can be done because this was the atmosphere. I could understand if it was 8 pm on a Saturday night, but read the room. If you’re getting multiple requests, maybe turn down the music? It just ruins it if you’re there for a meeting, or to catch up with friends.

   The atmosphere was fun. The parking was not ideal. The waitstaff was amazing. The food was not that good especially for the price.

   Food was decent. My pasta was pretty soupy. The prices weren’t too bad. The drinks didn’t taste to have much if any alcohol in them. The parking is complementary at the Joule Hotel for 2hrs, then $20 after that. Street parking is extremely limited. What I don’t like was the surprise Service fee. I walked out $90 later for a drink, appetizer, and pasta entree. Wouldn’t say it was worth it

   We had a quiet evening at Hampton Social, and while the food was delicious, the overall experience left something to be desired. It took quite a while to receive basic service items like water and our bottle of wine, which set the tone for a slower-paced evening than expected. Additionally, the bathrooms were in need of attention, which detracted from the atmosphere. Hoping these service details improve, as the food itself was definitely a highlight.

   Great ambience and excellent “comfort food” with modest portions and prices for this hot spot area of Dallas. Our sever, Regan, was super friendly and helpful with the menu. Great vibe at the bar with music and atmosphere. I would definitely return.

   Went there with my family in the early evening. When we tried to order appetizers, several of the best and most basic items (like shrimp cocktail) were not available. The options we were redirected to were mediocre and below average, but the mocktails were good. The server left us for over 20m waiting to order entrees even after we notified him we were ready after 20m of waiting. He said he would be back and proceeded to visit several other tables (never returned to ours). We decided we were already in $90 and didn’t want to invest more of what would probably be an even worse dinner. I grabbed my credit card and got up to find the.server (since he wasn’t checking on us), when I found him I told him we were leaving. He did not apologize or even ask why. I stood in the middle of the restaurant and paid $89 for mocktails and appetizers. We made a last minute reservation somewhere else to salvage the evening. We will NOT be returning to The Hampton Social.

    Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good. My first time and I really enjoyed the experience.
