   Food and wine list were good. Really good, cheerful and responsive service except for it taking a while to get our bill at the end. Expensive, only slightly less than Refectory but the food is not quite at the same level. Love the patio seats.

   Went for brunch.... just not a fan. Wanted to give a try. Sure you have to have a love for a French menu.

   Honestly, we had a really bad time which is such a bummer because we were there for a birthday celebration. We ordered cocktails and waited an hour before being told we couldn’t have it. That entire time we also weren’t even offered the complimentary bread. We made a reservation and were offered only an outdoor table because no tables were ready. Food was subpar and not worth what it was priced at. The entire atmosphere was not what the prices implied. We went there ready to spend some money and it quickly became obvious this place was not considering their costumers or offering anything worth spending money on.

   Chouette is a wonderful experience with incredible food, fantastic service, and a peaceful yet beautiful environment. The complimentary bread is very fresh and tasteful. The cheese puff appetizer was the only disliked part of our dining experience. It was not the most flavorful and a little too light and airy. For entrees we had the rainbow trout and the mussels, both were absolutely fantastic. The mussels were amazing in quantity and taste. The rainbow trout was absolutely perfect and delicious. Finally, we had the apple tarte which was very flavorful and unique. Overall, the service and food was of the best in Columbus!

   Finally, a cozy French restaurant returns to Columbus. The atmosphere is elevated bistro. The food and drinks were outstanding. The service was exceptional. We will be back.
