You may bring freestanding or floating decorations, but confetti, glitter, and similar items are prohibited and may incur cleanup fees. Pricing excludes tax and gratuity. Per Maricopa County Health Codes, outside food and drinks are prohibited. A $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation, non-refundable and applied to your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable. The Forum may cancel reservations for event buyouts, with full deposit refunds processed.

This review is for the Vybe restaurant which is in the same building adjacent to and attached to the lounge. The food was adequate. All of us in the party of 4 were underwhelmed. The service was slow but may be somewhat mitigated by the relative inexperience of the staff. The ambience made the evening memorable in a negative sense. The changing light scenes were distracting at best and disconcerting at worst. The worst part of the entire evening was the noise level of the DJ’s playlist. A conversation with people two to four feet away could not happen without shouting. There was never a break. Occasionally two violinists ( with amplified instruments) would play accompanied by the DJ’s heavy bass. We brought this to the attention of the manager who told us that we were not the only patrons to complain, but he had no control over the DJ’s. He did say the owner(s) who were out of town were coming the following night and would check it for themselves. Upon receiving the bill, I was told that a 20% tip had already been added, and when paying at the table, the card recorder was programmed to ask for gratuity beyond the 20%. It should be noted that we did have an advertised coupon for the opening of the restaurant, and we did have 25% taken off the bill. This was our first time at Vybe, and it will be our last. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a meal without distractions and with a noise level conducive to human interaction.

Celebrated my 50th birthday at the Forum lounge and it was a great time. We reserved the VIP room and added a VIP package. The room was cute with great ambience. Our server Lila was very nice and helpful with ordering. The manager Vincent introduced himself and ensured our experience was great. The live band was the reason we chose the forum and they did not disappoint! My entire party had a blast!

But the overall experience was such a good time. The band Kreative Culture did a fantastic job entertaining us - engaging with the crowd. The manager was a pleasure to work with. I sent a message that I needed to add 2 more people to the reservation & he made that happen. When we arrived at the venue our reservation seating was not a good fit. The manager moved us & made sure we were seated in a better area.The food came out fresh & hot. Pricey for the amount & type of food on the menu. One of the waiters was very rude. Maybe he was having a bad day. Overall was a great experience. Will be coming back in the near future. Thank you

Great experience, music was quite loud in the Vybe restaurant. It's hard to even carry on a conversation while sitting next to each other. Violinists were great, as was DJ, but playing at the same time was too much. We went during the first two weeks and will go back as they work the kinks out. The bar area with jazz band was exceptional, as were the cocktails!

Our waiter was very accommodating. He explained the cocktails and the menu. Told us it was a soft opening. There were 5 of us sitting at a small table in the lounge and he was able to put another table beside us. My food came before the other 4 received theirs.They waited a long time.

Great night out! Everything was perfect. The band was awesome! Food was good...a little salty. We had mushrooms, salmon, calamari and sushi. Fun night out as always.
