    The service was excellent! Great atmosphere! Incredible food!! We enjoyed the white corn soup and tomatoe salad appetizers. Both were very flavorful and unique. Short ribs were the entree we selected. Tender, but without fatty deposits. The seasoning was perfect! It was accompanied by fresh asparagus and a mixture of mushrooms which were flash sautéed and served with an incredible sauce. The carrot cake was worth every calorie! The wine list was extensive. Cocktails delicious. Several managers took time to stop by to ensure we did not need anything and to ask if we were enjoying the meal. We highly recommend TORC and look forward to returning!

    Last night's dinner reminded me why Torc is my favorite restaurant in Napa. The tomato salad, which is a standard on the menu when in season, was outstanding. One of the things I enjoy about this dish and others is that the components and presentation change from time to time. This version was delicious and very generous. But the main course was even better. I love morel mushrooms, and the pasta with morels was delicious. It must have had over a dozen plump mushrooms, more than I've seen in any similar dish in the US, France or anywhere else. Perfectly prepared, as were the pasta and sauce. A great Barolo by the glass was the perfect accompaniment and reasonably priced. The service was lovely and attentive, as always.

    We had an amazing time! From the bartender to our server to the manager, everyone was personable and helpful. The food was delicious. My lobster was perfectly cooked (which is hard to do in pasta) and the short rib was falling off the bone. I highly recommend stopping here for dinner.

    This was our 2nd visit to Torc and it is hands down one of the best restaurants not only in Napa but in the entire U.S. The food is amazing and consistently high quality. We have tried almost everything on the menu and everything that we have ordered is phenomenal! The service is also exceptional. The husband and wife duo is unique and their thumbprint is all over the restaurant. We will go out of way to eat here every time we visit Napa.

    Service was good but the food was not that great. We started off well with the squash blossom appetizer but went downhill from there. All three main courses were disappointing. The dessert was ok, but there is a lot of competition in Napa, and there are better choices.

    The hamachi appetizer was so good we ordered a second one. The food is such a fabulous combination of flavors. We then had the homemade pasta with lobster and the scallop dinner. So very good staff are excellent.
