My friends and I had an unforgettable time at Edgemar Restaurant for the CHOP-LIFE Brunch, and wow what an absolute vibe! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this wasn't just brunch it was an experience. The energy was electric. Multiple DJs kept the beats flowing, creating an atmosphere that was lively, upscale, and full of good energy. Everyone came dressed to impress, and the vibe was consistent from start to finish good music, good people, and a stylish scene. The staff were a highlight in their own right friendly, funny, and genuinely kind. They added to the welcoming atmosphere and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. Now let’s talk about the food. Absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful, well prepared, and beautifully presented. However, as a self-proclaimed foodie, I have to say the portions were on the smaller side. For the price point, I expected a bit more. The meals felt more like appetizers than mains, and when you’re paying premium prices, you want to leave satisfied. I don’t mind spending money on great food, but it should match in both quality and quantity. That said, aside from the portion size, everything else was top notch. We had a fantastic time, and I’d definitely go back just maybe after grabbing a snack first!

Edgemar is more of a bar than a restaurant. Although the service was good, the benches outside were hard and the food inventive but hit or miss. The salmon was overcooked, caesar salad was missing some key flavors, the bread was soaked in butter, and the cheese good but quite fatty.

Definitely a place to go in knowing you will be buying expensive drinks, taking photos while you wait for your drinks, and expect to buy multiple items- they are miniature.

The food was great. Was disappointed in the service, however. It was Mother’s Day and we were there way before it was busy. My wife asked for certain dishes to be brought first (sashimi first, ending the meal with the waffle). The server said it should be possible. But then the food came out in the opposite order. She apologized. And of course the same was requested by the table next to us and they somehow got it right for them.

The food was outstanding, delicious and creative. The cocktails were excellent but slow to get. The service was friendly and attentive, and the server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great suggestions. The turnaround for getting our orders was a bit slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy.

Amazing ! I came for the Chop Brunch event with Chop Life and it was such a vibe the food was exceptional delicious. I had the chicken and waffles and it was a DJ who played amazing music. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely come back again for more of their chop brunch events
