The ground floor Bar & Grill is beautifully designed with a grand bar, covered patio and fireplaces. Or join us at The 101 Rooftop for stunning views of Michigan Avenue and the Chicago Skyline.

The menu features American favorites alongside Mediterranean inspired dishes. Join us at the bar for signature cocktails, world-class spirits, international wines, and local beers.

Great experience, good food and Service. We ate outside on the ground level and then went to the 101 club rooftop bar for dessert and after dinner drinks overlooking Michigan Avenue. The restaurant manager Jessie checked on us several times and personally escorted us to the roof top area and made sure we had a table.

We recently visited the rooftop and overall had a very nice time. The ambiance was fantastic — it’s a beautiful spot, great for pictures, and the vibe was lively yet relaxed. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The gentleman at the front was welcoming, and the team on the 20th floor was super helpful with directions. Our waitress was outstanding — warm, attentive, and professional — even though it was clearly a busy night. The woman who cleared the table before us was also kind and efficient. We were seated quickly and placed our order right away. Unfortunately, the food was the only aspect that fell a bit short. I had the grilled lamb chops, and my boyfriend ordered the salmon. While both dishes were cooked properly (especially the lamb, which was a perfect medium), they arrived warm, not hot. My mashed potatoes were cold, which was a letdown, as we were really looking forward to the meal. The drinks, on the other hand, were great — well-crafted and refreshing. All in all, it’s a lovely place with great energy, excellent staff, and stunning views. I’d definitely come back — just hoping the kitchen timing is a little tighter next time.

weather was a bit on the cooler side (which is certainly not your fault), yet great evening. We particularly appreciated the great service by a medical student from Ireland. Great addition to your team, highly motivated youngster who did a great job. Thank you.

I booked for brunch on the rooftop, and they told me the rooftop was closed and that they did not have brunch. Later on I saw the waitress offering brunch to the other tables except ours.

It was totally not what I expected. I was expecting to be on the rooftop at 11:00 a.m. . Unfortunately the rooftop didn't open till 4:00 p.m. so we chose to go somewhere else.
