NEVER GO THERE DURING WATERFIRE!!!! Confirmed outdoor table reservations, upon arrival told they don’t take reservations. Menu not the same as on website. 5 dry tasteless meat choices w/ dry bulk-made macaroni salad thrown on takeout paper plate. $11 G&T in a 4 oz plastic cup. Clearly just want to rake in the most money during event. Dry overdone burger & turning brown macaroni made me sick for 3 days. HORRIBLE!

Worst ever! STAY AWAY!!!! Online menu is a lie - you get there and there is literally 3 sandwiches on the menu, 8 apps and they can only serve 3 of the apps because they have no food on Thursday night during a waterfire night… the place is pathetic!!!!!

Came for Father’s Day as a party of 6. Fold and service was phenomenal! Amy the bartender is wonderful as well as the rest of the girls who were on staff that day. 10/10!

We went on 5/31 and were very disappointed. The Waterfire menu was too limited, overpriced, and low quality. The $25 ceviche came out in a plastic cup and the jambalaya was just plain bad. We had a great waitress and a nice view of the water, but could hear the rude remarks from the bartender to the staff and had a pretty crapy meal for the price we paid. Wouldn't recommend...

Worst experience on Mother's Day. We sat for almost two hours and never got our food. People all around us were having the same issues; either not getting their food or waiting super long. Ones who did get served couldn't even eat the food saying it was gross and inedible. The icing on the cake was when the server hit us with a $31 bill for our beverages stating the manager wanted us to pay for them. After going back and forth with the server, she eventually said she would take care of it. I tipped her $5 only because she did inform us it would be a long wait from the beginning but little did I know the food would never come. Look at all of the other bad reviews on Google. That should be enough to keep you away.

We had a 1:45 reservation. We were not seated till 2pm. It took the waiter 30 minutes to attend to us (he was a nice guy not his fault). We were not served for 2 hours. It was so bad that we left without receiving our food. 1:45-3:45 no food, terrible service. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
