Hanks advertised lobster rolls at Sunday brunch through June 30th. I was told by the bartender that weren’t offering them any more. (The reason I went for bunch). We ordered eggs Benedict with crab. It was a nice dish except the eggs were not poached. They were soft boiled to slightly hard boiled. When we pointed that out to the bartender he apologized but that was it. We should have asked for the manager, our error. I thought the bartender would have comped our 2 bloody Mary’s but no For $29 per eggs Benedict we felt a little ripped off but I suppose the crabmeat pushed the price up. And then there were the screaming children in the dining room.

A fun place with great service and great food. We love Charleston and lowcountry food. Made us feel like we were there! Just loved our evening meal there!!

The service was excellent and the food was amazing. We ordered the castle tower for party of 5 but we could have just got the 1 tier. It was a lot of food. Well worth it. Our server was very nice and friendly

Earlier this year we had the opportunity to eat at the Charleston SC location. We were curious how this Columbus location would compare. It did not disappoint! The crab cakes are absolutely best I’ve ever had. And the tomato and peach salad - a surprisingly tasty dish.

Absolutely love Hanks! Courtney was our server and she was fantastic- helped me set up decorations for my friends birthday, was so friendly and prompt- will be asking for her next time! Food is delicious- highly recommend the oysters. The ambience is always lively and interesting but never loud. I truly love this restaurant.

She crab soup was exceptional—just the right mix of cream and spice. Cocktails and wine were also exceptional. Service was good; appetizers, entrees and desserts were good, but not exceptional.
