A really lovely evening celebrating our daughter’s birthday! Our server, Emily, was wonderful, attentive and friendly with excellent timing. We had steak, duck, the whipped goat cheese, bread presentation and various sides, salads and soup. Everything was delicious, appropriate temperature, no lags in timing from the kitchen or bar. A perfect evening!

Our sever was great, and the cocktails refreshing, but that was about all we enjoyed. The chicken was over cooked, under seasoned and dry and the mashed potatoes were way over salted. The duck breast was well done (should have been medium) and carrots were burnt. (It seemed like our plates sat at the pass under warming lights for way too long) The server had said that the chef didn’t think our original order was cooked to his standards, so we had a refire. I would hate to have seen what the original order looked like. We have been to Napa a few times, but we will not be returning after this last visit. We spent $200 for mediocre food - we should have saved the money and gone to Wendy’s across the parking lot.

Not sure what was going on with our waiter , he was very sweet but just a mess. Waited for an hour to get our food and my husbands onion soup came with his main . He took our menus away before we even ordered. Brought me the wrong wine and it took for ever to correct it. Then asked if we wanted the check before my husband was finished with his soup. It was total confusion.

My first experience there for a girls brunch was much better than the experience we had on Father’s Day. Everything was slow, inattentive service, and the food didn’t meet our expectations for the price. We wouldn’t be rushing back based on our experience. It’s unfortunate because it’s so nicely done inside.

Our experience was wonderful at Napa. The only downfall was the food. A few of us got short rib and it had 0 flavor no salt or seasoning present. French onion soup was burnt and also no flavor.
