   First time at this location after great experiences at the Hagerstown, MD location. Had a party of 12 for Mother’s Day so needed a place that had a wide menu and took reservations. Even with reservations, had to wait approximately an extra hour which I pin on management not adequately determining capacity. Unfortunately it was another hour after we sat to get our dinner and then at least 30 minutes to get dessert. My MIL’s dinner was mostly “cold” (steak and potatoes) and one of the steaks was overcooked. The ice cream on my dessert was mostly melted. Based on the timing, it was not worth saying anything. Our server was pleasant so not sure if the delays were kitchen related. Might give the location another chance but not with a larger party on the holiday.

   Great food. Staff very courteous and attentive. Host staff get confused when faced with large crowds. Had a reservation at 6 pm for 3 people. Host staff seated others with and without reservations before our reservation. After waiting 20 minutes we asked about our reservation and turns out they confused us with another reservation and indicated our party as already seating. Other than host staff, evening was great.

   Made a reservation for 5 PM for eight people, had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and when we asked how long we were gonna have to wait all they said is we had to wait for another table to be open. If you don’t have availability for an eight person reservation then don’t make one available to book for that time. The point of a reservation is to not have to wait so long to be seated and watch several others be seated before you who just walked in. It was Mothers Day and I made sure to make these reservations 2 weeks in advance as well. Other than that, the food was good but the place was pretty busy so the waitress didn’t come around much so that was hard when you have two kids with you as well.

   The food was amazing and our server Hanna L #498 was awesome and very friendly. I loved that we received a glass as a mother's day gift

   The sirloins were dry and looked like hockey pucks. They were ordered medium and were extremely overcooked. Waitress seemed annoyed and drinks were not easy to come by. Second time in a row with issues. Probably won’t be returning anytime soon.

   The food was delicious and our server was very friendly. It took quite awhile to get our drinks and food though. You can’t beat the value- $13 for a meal and dessert plus half price glasses of wine on Tuesday.
