The little French bistro you always wished was just around the corner is here. Maison Bleue is the brainchild of Sandy and John Vizzone, owners of The Hugh B&B, along with partner Executive Chef Anthony Depasquale.

Together, they have created a stylish—and delicious—interpretation of a classic French bistro. Like The Hugh, Maison Bleue is a perfect concoction of flair, verve, and intimacy.

We will also be announcing a New Year's Eve Special Menu very soon!

Excellent from start to finish. The ambiance on the covered porch is fantastic. The service is top notch. The food is some of the best you’ll find in Cape May. Will definitely be back!

We had a great meal here. We started with the baked oysters, steak tartare, and salad - all delicious! I had the duck l’orange and my wife had the scallops. There was not a single bite left on our plates. The service was also amazing and our meal was coursed well. We’ll definitely be back!

It was so extremely hot outside it actually made it hard to enjoy the food. Ice bucket was constant just a bowl of water for the wine.

Really good food but very expensive. Not a problem, if only the food could be served with a smile, not a snarl. Shouldn’t the server routinely ask if we wanted fresh pepper on our salads? Did the salt and pepper, once requested, really have to be slammed onto the table? Is it really that hard to be pleasant & professional?

Food is excellent. Wonderful sauces and creative dishes. Plating was unique on a couple of dishes which added to the experience. Portion size was perfect for this type of cuisine. We were able to have three courses (shared desert) without feeling bloated. Service was good and there were no real problems. However I felt in a fine French restaurant the service should have been a little more attentive and the server could have looked to see what we needed more often instead of us looking for them. Overall, will go back since it was a wonderful experience.

My husband and I were able to get a last-minute reservation and sat on the outdoor beautiful porch. Everything was great.

Many times and always consistant! ❤️I only ask if one should happen to dine on their beautiful outdoor porch area to please keep the music level lower. Very nice selection or music.

Second time at the restaurant was as good as the first. I believe it’s the best restaurant in Cape May. Well done!
