Welcome to Claudio's Table, a cozy neighborhood gem in the heart of DC's Palisades. Experience the flavors of Italy with our delicious homemade pasta, authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, and daily specials crafted with love by Chef Claudio.
We also accommodate large parties and always recommend calling ahead for reservations – don’t give up, we’ll do our best to fit you in!
Everything on our menu is available for pick-up in-store or delivery via DoorDash, making it easy to enjoy our Italian classics at home. Buon Appetito!

    Great Italian bistro cooking. Love the changing specials. This is a neighborhood gem. Best Tiramisu in the city.

    Some of the food was pretty good, other dishes were bland. We dine regularly in some of our finer neighborhood restaurants, around Cathedral Heights and McArthur Blvd, and are somewhat familiar with the costs. Still, this place seems overpriced. Little things can seriously negatively affect one's general impression. On a $264 (not really puny) check at the end we were unpleasantly surprised to find a $4 charge for a glass of club soda and another of $3.95 for extra 3 small slices of toasted bread. This has never occurred to us before in any restaurants, here , in New York, or Europe .

    A wonderful business lunch for 2. We both loved the salad Ala Liguria and the restaurant has a wonderful and well priced wine list. The ambience is perfect and the service was impeccable and friendly.

    Very disappointing. Very noisy; had to yell to talk to my partner across the small table. Very crowded - too many tables too close together. Service was energetic and polite by dis-coordinated and needs additional attention to detail. Food was fine but not remarkable. Had heard good things about the restaurant, but it didn't match up on any account.

Saturday was a very busy day, and we always try to accommodate people. With the heat a lot of people from outside wanted to seat inside, and as a family neighborhood restaurant we always try to accommodate changes and for our dear customers.     This was our first time dining at Claudio’s, but we will definitely be back. Food was delicious, fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We had the arancini, beet salad and tuna crudo, which were all excellent. We shared the pasta alla vodka special which was a perfect portion for two. Friendly and casual service and a neighborhood atmosphere. We look forward to returning!

    The food is very good, the ambiance is great. Have been there several times for dinner, however, last night we felt rushed, my reservation was for 7:30pm and we were done by 8:15pm. When ordering drinks, we were told to order all our food, appetizers and entrees at that time; appetizers came before drinks, drinks came and the food was right after. It is always good to have a very good pace meals, last night, felt like a fast food place.

I am sorry you got your drinks after the appetizers, that should not have happened, and I understand the frustration. We will have a talk about it with the team and make sure it Dosen t happen anymore and we get back to your standards. As for taking the entire order, it is not to rush you, but just a matter of smooth service for the kitchen :) sorry if it felt different.     What a hidden gem. Been there twice and had margherita pizza and pasta. Best pizza I may have ever had. The crust was almost fluffy with air and the toppings perfect. The pasta was a simple dish with butter and pepper. My husband loved it the second time around as much as the first. This time, Claudio's had a dessert special -- Virginia strawberries with a light coulis over vanilla ice cream and mascarpone. Sounds pretty simple, right? Even boring. It was absolutely in a league by itself. Pure heaven. I could have sat all afternoon with nothing but their strawberries. The service was excellent. We had the same server both times we've been there. She was professional and very friendly. Gave us excellent recommendations and the food was served promptly. She was great. Wine was good too. All in all, this restaurant, located on McArthur Blvd. in Palisades, was a great surprise. Although, we live in Southern MD., for us it's a treat worth the drive. Try it!!!

    We ate outside which accounts for the lower noise level however inside was very noisy. Outside was lovely with umbrellas. Food was superb. I don’t give out 5 stars often but must say it was a nice surprise being the first time eating there. Had the eggplant parm and short ribs with polenta. Just really enjoyable. Water was great and attentive!
