Warm and intimate neighborhood kitchen and gathering place offering seasonally-driven, globally-inspired flavors by Chef Javier Villatoro. Starting in his home country of Honduras, and spending 15 years as a chef in San Francisco, Coray Kitchen tells the story of how migration shapes who we are, and influences the flavors we find on the plate.

Located in the heart of Delmar, NY, Coray Kitchen delivers an elevated dining experience, fresh oyster bar, craft cocktail program, and down-to-earth atmosphere for the greater Capital Region. Indoor and outdoor dining available.

Specializing in farm-to-table, New American and California Cuisine, with a focus on scratch cooking.

Outdoor seating is seasonally available on our covered patio. Reservations can not be guaranteed if the patio needs to close due to weather related events. We always recommend bringing layers to stay warm on cooler nights.

We create custom menus driven by the seasons that exceed expectations, make lasting memories, and enhance the guest experience. Catering platter pick up, and full service off-site event catering are available.

Dinner at Coray Kitchen is always exceptional - a special treat worth every penny. We enjoyed some long-time favorites from the menu as well as some specials. Maggie’s recommendations, without exception, were excellent. We have never been disappointed in any aspect of our experience and always look forward to “next time.”

I have dined twice now, months apart… and both experiences were phenomenal. The food is incredible, with a really beautiful presentation and the cocktails are imaginative a delicious. Coray kitchen is such a gem, can’t wait to return!

This is hands down the best dining experience I have had in a very long time. Our server, Zan, was just delightful and so very attentive. The food was impeccable. I rarely finish my dinner ever but I couldn’t put my fork down. I had the special gnocchi with wild ramp pesto. My husband had the seafood paella and it was perfection. We truly cannot wait to come back. Thanks for doing dining right!!!

Coray Kitchen is always a wonderful place to dine. We had lovely craft cocktails and then the blackened shrimp and carrots appetizers. Both delicious. My friend special ordered the paella (no scallops) and I had the ramp pesto special; also both perfectly flavored and delightful. Took home leftovers! This is definitely a cut above most dining experiences in the Capital District.

Our new favorite restaurant! Service was excellent, food was beyond excellent! We enjoyed everything! They even have parking! We had the seafood paella and scallops special. Both were unbelievable. Everything comes out hot which is important to us. We had the mezza platter and blue cheese wedge salad for appetizers. We did not have dessert so can't comment on that. I had wine which was good. My husband had two old fashioned, but the bartender forgot the cherry in the second. That was the only negative, but everything else outshine that very little thing. We will be back!!!

The food and drinks and people are quite nice. Everything was delicious. My only lament is the cocktails are very small portions at $15-$17. Wine is $15 for similar small portions.

The servers were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the mushroom special, the gnocchi and the halibut. One of our favorite restaurants in the area.

The food at Coray Kitchen is inspired. The atmosphere enchanting and relaxed. The servers friendly and knowledgable. I recommend Coray Kitchen to anyone who considers themself a foodie and to anyone who just loves a delicious meal. This is the best restaurant experience we have had in 20 years of dining in the Capital Region.
