   Food was not as good as the last time I was there and was slow arriving. Highlight was the halibut cake app and the carrot cake for dessert.

   Beautiful space! The ambience was great. Loved the saxophone phone playing in the background. The personalized menus were a nice touch! This restaurant was tricky to find inside the large building. Signage could be improved. Our waiter was friendly and informative. This is a steakhouse and the steak we had itself was great. However, considering the prices, we thought the food was generally underwhelming. The pasta dish was served as a large, combined, heaped portion - too much. We felt the presentation and portions sizes could use some refining. The creme brûlée we shared as dessert was delicious.

   Second time to Papi’s… still entertained by entering through a meat locker door! Service was amazing. Our server, Kyle, was so attentive Drinks were fabulous. We had the prime rib as our main with Oysters and Beef tartar as appetizers. We will definitely be attending again for our next celebration. If we don’t have a celebration, we’ll make one up!!😎

   Incredible experience at Papi’s right from entry! Very neat entrance into the restaurant, followed by incredible service, the food was amazing, the table side salad and desert.. amazing, the toilet was even amazing! No joke, be sure to use the washroom when there Ha! My only regret is not ordering more steak. We got the tomahawk for 4ppl and while it says it 40oz the bone is considered into that weight and our steak was only about 30oz if that between 4 ppl which I felt was not enough but delicious nevertheless! Overall and outstanding experience! Thank you!

   We try to go to PAPI’S once a month and it never fails. Always the best service and food and ambience. We adore it there.

    2nd time eating at Papi’s, first time was exceptional, this time, not so much. Booked as a special birthday celebration, first off, no pianist, 2nd problem was over a 30 minute wait for our dessert to be made and 3rd issue was our doggie bag only contained a portion of our food. Now when you go to a high end restaurant like this you expect good service, after talking to the assistant manager we were told about a personnel shortage, not my issue, 30 minutes to make cherries jubilee and not be comped for any issues, unacceptable for a restaurant like this
