Bravo!! Everything was exceptional— service, food, ambience. The staff paid attention to every detail and even sent us a couple of glasses of champagne for our celebration. Adding this to my favorites 💖✨

Overall, my fiance and I believe Bouboulina tops the restaurants under the CAVA franchise. With Julii, Melina, and Bouboulina all in the Pike and Rose area, the company really knows how to run a restaurant. The staff doesn't have anything negative to say about management, and management wants to deliver a very high bar of quality to diners. From what we were told, staff go through a 45 to 60 day training window to learn everything that goes into the restaurant, ingredients, and delivery so they know what they can and cannot do for diners with intolerances or allergies. Bouboulina was an overall nice time. It's a mixture between Japanese (steak house) and Mediterranean sea food, with a snippet of Italian nudged in between. The steaks are on the higher priced end but the amount of meat and the type of meat are well priced for what you are getting verses what the house has to bring in. To me, the experience is well worth the money and the staff is top notch. The only thing I can potentially complain about was as an American, I am used to getting food pretty quick. It could have been a slow night but things came out a little slower than what I normally expect. If you are European, this is right up the alley. But that being said, it didn't hurt anything. Anyone in the area or have heard of this place, I HIGHLY recommend. There was nothing that I disliked. I had the lasagna (which they do not mess around with), we had the chocolate cake (which is gluten free, but with the creme or mouses, and the sauce was extremely decadent). Nice little getalo caffe on top. Definitely worth it.

We had a great dinner at Bouboulina. The food, service and ambiance were wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!!!

we really were looking forward to this birthday dinner. The ambience is really lovely. Sort of like a speakeasy. We were not impressed with our server. And the food was overall good, but really expensive for what it was. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

The best filet mignon I have had in ages. Burrata gazpacho with sourdough was amazing. We'll definitely go back.

I tried to park directly across the street, as we did when 4 of us were there for dinner one evening.. Signage that that particular garage was closed was unclear. Made it look like only 1 of 2 entrances was closed. Took over 20 minutes for all the cars entering to make 3/4 turns at the top and turn around. Parked far away. You really should send out parking info ("only use the lot next to you--around the corner, not across the street") with the confirmation. Also, your protein portions on the salads are really too small. I was treating a friend to a birthday lunch and her salmon portion on her salad was not a standard portion. I was embarrassed as I selected the restaurant Interesting bread. Interesting cauliflower sides Good burger. Unattractive water glasses...Prefer long and slender,not short and squat. Really liked your large boat decor that I couldn't see when we had dinner there. Nice staff, as always. I'll be back. PS: When are you opening in the former Renato's ?????????? Wish you could just buy their menu for that location.........
