We had a wonderful meal last night at Crasqui. All of the food, from appetizers to entrees, was great. It is not your typical St. Paul fare, which we appreciated. My goat entree was particularly good. We tried several of the specialty coctails. They tended to run a bit sweet side, but were generally enjoyable. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and very personable. The meal ran more than $100 per person. I think the food justifies it. However, the overall vibe of the restaurant is pretty casual, so it might seem a bit discordant. Overall, we highly recommend Crasqui.

If you're looking for authentic Venezuelan dishes in a warm, inviting setting, look no further than Crasqui. The delectable menu options are only matched by Chef Soleil's welcoming smile and her wonderful team! The customer service is definitely top notch. We plan to visit again soon!!

We went to celebrate our anniversary and were absolutely delighted. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a beautiful gesture by decorating our table with little hearts and welcoming us with two glasses of delicious sparkling wine. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The appetizer—crispy pork belly with guasacaca sauce—was bursting with flavor. For the main course, the fish was perfectly cooked with fresh, well-balanced flavors, and the “Domingo” grill was amazing: juicy meat, flavorful sausages, and the morcilla was simply perfect. The cocktails were also a highlight—very tasty, fresh, and beautifully served with attention to detail. And the dessert… what a treat! It was one of the things we loved the most. The combination of flavors was incredible and the perfect way to end a night of delicious food. The service was impeccable. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. We absolutely recommend this place 100%. From today on, it’s officially one of our favorite restaurants. An experience worth repeating!

3.5 stars. Food was delicious and the ambiance and servers were pleasant, but the prices were all $5-15 over what similar restaurants would charge, the portions were rather small, and the foods was very slow to come out. $52 for a serving of paella that could fit in one hand. It had lots of types of seafood and other meats, but an extra cup or two of rice and some veggies would have been a negligible cost to the restaurant, while providing an amount of food that would justify the price. The whole meal of drinks, 2 apps and paella took over 90 minutes while the restaurant was about 25% full. My partner thought the delay in receiving the food could be due to the paella being cooked to order, but it didn't seem likely once we saw the size of the dish, and it didn't explain why the apps took so long. With the prices what they are, we won't be able to give this place another shot. There are too many other St Paul restaurants in this tier that we know are worth it, to risk spending another $80 per person (2 for 1 sangria pitcher, 2 apps, and split a single paella) on an underwhelming evening.

Everything we had was amazing. Loved the cachapas and bollitos. We stopped in for dinner prior to going to the Ordway for an event. This will definitely be our place for dinner prior to heading to shows and whenever we find ourselves in St. Paul.

Lovely meal, super attentive and friendly service! A little pricey, but so much fun for a special occasion. We had the goat and lobster/ risotto dishes: both were incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. Looking forward to returning soon!

Very Creative Venezuelan menu, attentive and well informed waiter. The chef herself came to greet us at the table. A special experience. Loved the digestif of Venezuelan Rum.
