Astonishingly amazing. This business establishment is phenomenal! Took my friend there for dinner. The anticipation was surreal. 3 days as I had patiently waited for Saturday to arrive. The staff provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is fascinating. Love the cartoon and caricatures! The history of this place is highly intriguing. Carly our server was outstanding. Super personable and welcoming. She made our time there exciting. Chris, who assisted her with the table service was great. Both were very hospitable, as well as the manager who greeted us with our very table. It was delightful to meet her. Carly’s recommendations were precisely on Que! We proudly had devoured our food in a savoring fashion. Decadence in every bite! Our steaks were fabulously delicious. As part of the Landry’s inc. team under a different subsidiary, it was an honor to be there. Will be back soon. Thank you all for being the primary example of hospitality.

Service was very disappointing. We sat there for at least 15 mins before the waiter came to the table. When he did we ordered everything at once because we waited so long. Steak was not cooked to our liking. We sent back a medium well steak which was suppose to be medium rare. When the waiter brought it back it was the same steak well done. After my daughter finally got her steak four of us were done. Waiter never checked on us nor did he apologize for the error. I’ll never go back to this palm!

Nice place. Hosts were great. Service almost non existent. Our appetizer, Lobster ravioli was cold. My filet was cold as well but tasted very good otherwise. My wife’s salmon was scorching hot. Our steamed asparagus practically uncooked. We had no drinks or water (empty) during our entire entree. We could not find anyone either. Never checked in on us about the food. Finally we flagged someone down for the check and a box she instead said she would box for my wife. Finally someone got us drink refills as we finished waited for the check (unneeded at this point). Sitting now 10 minutes waiting for a check and then forgot my wife’s boxed left overs. After all that the main waiter came over to drop us a dessert menu and ask what he could get us. We told him we were already waiting for the other person for our check and box of food. As we walked out we ran into the manager at the host stand. Ella was super empathetic and kind. She was very adamant that we should not have had that experience and insisted on opening the check back up and taking care of us. Without Ella I would have made sure we never came back. Thanks to Ella, if we happen to be at the Tropicana I will for sure give them another shot, but there will definitely be a short leash. As a former bartender and server, that situation with the service was totally avoidable.

Everything from our entree's, two sides to the carrot cake desert were delicious. Portions were very generous. The veal chop parmigiana was superb! I loved that it was the actually the chop, bone-in that was butterflied. Definitely on the "order again" list. And to complement our meal, was our server Ansley. Very attentive, without being intrusive. Looking forward to our next meal at The Palm!

The food and service here is always top-notch. The atmosphere is relaxed and classy. Drinks are great as well. Cannot wait to return, excellent restaurant.

The prime rib special was cooked perfectly to my liking. Service was pleasant, helpful and efficient. The only drawback was that the tables were very close together and an intoxicated couple were seated next to us who were fighting and cursing at each other which negatively impacted the ambience.
