   The Palm food and menu are not quite up to past standards since being purchased by restaurant group. Still service by Joy was impeccable. Hopefully the new owners will consider the food a top priority and return to the quality Palm customers expected and enjoyed for many years.

   So sad, I used to love the Palm. The street in front of the Palm smells like the most disgusting garbage dump you could image. This disgusting garbage odor drifts into the restaurant and bar. It smells awful and ruins your meal and drinks. When you bring it up the staff they just blow it off. It is gross, until they fix this putrid garbage odor steer clear of the Palm. This place smells bad! If like to smell a dirty diaper and trash heap while you eat—enjoy!

   there’s no other experience quite like PALM  no matter if you’re in Nashville Vegas or anywhere in between… The lobster is to die for!  The tomahawk steak is one of the best steaks I think in the world!  Service is always the best… They even take your lobster apart for you… That’s just crazy… But it is so good!  overall I think the best restaurant in Nashville by far!!

   We have developed a good relationship with the management, French, and the wait staff, Joy and Bailey, at the Palm. They custom make our wedge salads just the way we like them. Our servers are very attentive and make sure we are on time for our concerts at the Schermerhorn.

    Been going there for years. Got a 4 lb lobster to share. It was not much meat at all and it was stringy. Very disappointed compared to prior visits.

    The dining experience at The Palms Nashville was a special time. It was my pleasure to take the Administrative Assistants from my company out for an appreciation luncheon to celebrate Administrative Professionals Day. The hostess was pleasure and polite. Our waiter Josh provided some of the finest 5-star Service that you can find on the planet. The Pork Belly Bacon appetizer was tasteful. The Calamari was decent. The entrees were spot-on. The overall experience was delightful. I would highly recommend the Power Lunch Menu as the portions are delightful and the flavor profile was excellent. The Palms Nashville can be trusted to deliver a High quality customer and cuisine experience!

    Makala (sp?)our server was great. Thank you for taking care of our rowdy 6 top. You handled everything like a true professional! I would definitely go back and enjoy the lobster bisque it was delicious. The Seafood tower was amazing too! Service 5 star! Food was 4 star but I'd go back for the service.

    The service and seafood were the highlights of this meal. The chef specials were amazing! Saying that, the salads were subpar across my party. One of the salads looked like they opened mixed greens salad from a grocery store and put it on a plate. The chopped salad was also subpar. One of the guests had lobster table-side, which was beautifully done. Saying that there were two long hairs in the lobster.

    Made a reservation in the bar assuming the bar menu and happy hour was available. Very disappointed in the two options we were given from the “bar” menu. What happened to the great burger, salad and appetizer options? Bring back the Palm Bar! The whole area and a great bar menu! The whole purpose of making a reservation in the bar is for different atmosphere and menu.

    We had a fantastic dinner. Dylan, our server was spot on with suggestions, and extremely attentive. The drinks were expensive, but I expected the Palm to be on the expensive side. (Contrary to what open table says, it's $$$$, and not $$. I've been to other Palm restaurants, so I knew it was $$$$.)

    It is a cool mix of casual atmosphere with upscale food. The service was great - as was the food. The three cheese au gratin potatoes were SO amazing. The chicken parmigiana was delicious, and the portion was huge. The filet was very good. We wanted to try dessert, but were stuffed by the hearty portions. Will definitely be on our restaurant “rotation” going forward. Jayma was a great server and made the experience wonderful.

    We had a good dinner. The food was just okay. Salad was just okay. Salmon was a little dry but I asked for it to be cooked all the way through so I understand that. Fries were okay. I feel like the palm is good but a little over priced for what you’re getting if it’s not steak.

    We happened to spend the weekend in Nashville and need to make some plans. The Palm came up as recommended so we tried it. We had a great time, great drinks, and great food! The mood was energetic, however we were able to relax and enjoy our time there. I will return to The Palm the next time I find myself in Nashville.
