   Didn't find it to my liking. Much to salty! We like to go to a steak-house but this was not worth the over $300.00. There are many steak places in NY city. This was a chain restaurant. Sorry, but it's time to update not special at all. Gallaghers, HomeStead, Smith & Wolinskys.

   Lovely night out with my daughters. Looking forward to a great steak dinner. Out filets we’re on the tough side with little flavor. Mashed potatoes were beat thing. Service was wonderful. Would go somewhere else if looking forward to a juicy steak.

   Lovely ambience as always and just as expected the food was stellar. The filet was done to perfection and my wife’s lamb chops were delicious. Always a great place when you have the carnivore cravings

   Hadn’t been to the Palm West in several years. The chain had been purchased by Landry’s so I wasn’t sure if it would change. We weren’t disappointed the meal and service was outstanding. It’s not inexpensive but worth every penny.

    Wonderful lunch at The Palm. The special cod fish with scampi sauce was just terrific. My salad, black truffle gnocchi and zeppoles were all equally delicious. My server Salam was simply sensational, and made sure that everything was perfect. I can't wait to go back.

    The best thing about The Palm West Side is Jeffrey. Tonight, we also met Marina and Colby, who helped to make our dining experience a great one. The food is always excellent, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is comfortable. I should also mention they make the best margarita in town. Thanks for a lovely evening.

    Fabulous meal, timely service, excellent waiter, Salim! (I may have spelled his name incorrectly). Pre-theater dinner with the family (10-10-14 and parents) and it was a wonderful experience! We’ll be back the next time we are in NYC!

    The atmosphere was very inviting. The service was amazing as well with the staff being very attentive to our table. The food was delicious. Even though it was pricey, it’s worth it since you pay for the quality.

    I took my lovely fiancé ( the beautiful Lesa ) here for a wonderful mid day dining experience. We were both very pleased!! Our server ( Amandor ) I’m sorry for not pronouncing his name properly.. but he was AMAZING!!! We loved that “The Palm “ was close to our hotel and their menu was quite impressive indeed!! We started with an assortment of breads and the jumbo shrimp cocktail. It was delicious!! For entree, we both got the steak sandwiches ala stone. Another HOME RUN !!! Lesa concluded her meal with the very tasty key lime pie topped off with blueberries and I enjoyed a double expresso. Needless to say.. We will DEFINITELY be back!! Everything and everyone at “The Palm” was SUPERB!!

    We went for restaurant week so maybe that was our first mistake. From the apps to dessert, there was nothing good served to us. My husband said he has had better steak at the Outback. I had been to The Palm a few times in the past and remembered it being excellent (but that was over six years ago). I guess they just went down hill. We were excited to go as a pre-show meal and we’re so disappointed.

    The Palm is the world's best kept secret for lunch. With prices everywhere rising to ridiculous, almost gouging levels, The Palm's lunch menu -- given the wonderful service, atmosphere and great food -- is one of the last remaining bargains in NYC. It's hard to believe that their lunch items are no more expensive than some of the glorified diners around the city. A great place for a business lunch and quiet conversation in their booths, incredibly friendly and attentive service, and delicious food. It was a great deal before the pandemic and it still is!!!
