Table location was in very busy area of restaurant. Service was average. Server lacked basic wine knowledge. Server too pushy with her recommendations. She crab soup was not hot. Lobster special was good. Ribeye steak was fine. Asparagus was terrible. NY Cheesecake was a plus. Overall, disappointed at this business dinner. Expect better service and food for the excessive prices. Will not return.

The Red Grouper catch of the day was excellent, but the chicken parmigiana and vodka penne pasta were less than satisfactory. The service by Marcus was outstanding and made up for the poor food quality.

Drinks & wine would come after we were done with each course. Was not given a steak knife and had to request one. Each item ordered was given to the wrong person at the table.

The food selection and quality were excellent. We were lucky enough to have April as our server for the second time, and she again steered us in the right direction for all of our choices. Looking forward to our next visit!

We enjoyed our visit to The Palm on the 4th of July. The service was truly exceptional—from the manager to our waiter and supporting staff, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We started the evening with a couple of drinks and a shrimp cocktail appetizer, which was fresh and flavorful—an excellent beginning to our meal. For our entrées, the Bone-In Ribeye was a standout—absolutely 5-star. Cooked perfectly medium rare and paired with Cowboy Butter (a rich, earthy blend of garlic, onion, herbs, Dijon mustard, lemon, and a touch of red chile), it was outstanding and well-balanced in flavor. Unfortunately, the Filet Mignon was noticeably undercooked—closer to medium rare than the medium we requested. It was quite bloody in the center. Rather than send it back, we trimmed around the rare portion and took the rest home to finish cooking ourselves. As for sides, the Broccolini A&O was well-prepared, crisp, and delicious. The Lobster Mac & Cheese, however, was a big disappointment and well below the standards of a prime steakhouse (especially when compared to Fleming’s, Ruth’s Chris, or Capital Grille). The dish arrived in a light, sugary pink/red sauce—resembling a Sugo Rosa or Vodka sauce—and lacked the richness and texture you'd expect from a traditional mac & cheese. There was minimal lobster, and it felt more like a pasta in a sweet cream sauce than anything “mac & cheese.” Honestly, the dish would be better off renamed or removed from the menu entirely. Despite the inconsistency with a couple of items, the staff handled everything with professionalism and even removed the mac & cheese from our bill without us asking, which we appreciated. We've had consistently good experiences at The Palm, and even though this visit had a few missteps—possibly due to the holiday rush or a limited kitchen crew—we still plan to return. The level of service and atmosphere remain top-notch.

Food was great. I had the lobster ravioli and shrimp sauté. But the desert was not good. We tried the carrot cake and nobody of 5 people at the table liked it.

The management team is top notch and was very accommodating to our multiple people additions. Excellent service from Jimmy and the food was fantastic.

My go to restaurant in Buckhead since 1995 when Willie Carlucci called to put my charature on the wall! Bill our server worked hard to keep our taste buds active following cocktails as part of a birthday celebratory evening Best wait staff and water/bread staff in Buckhead Great spin in kitchen with Waygu beef lazagna and the mammoth slice of Terra Massu and candle was a mind blowier
