   I consider myself a "frequent flyer" here and always enjoy the food and service, but our most recent visit we had Jennifer as our server and she was absolutely amazing.

   The best Chicago style pizza anywhere including Chicago. All the years I lived in Chicago I favored Due’s but “The Lou” at Mslnatis changed that.

   My dinner May 10, 2025 was outstanding. The food was prepared and the way I requested and came out the way I expected. I started eating Chicago Deep Dish Pizza over 64 years ago at age 14. I ate at the first Malnati when it opened in Lincolnwood Il. The service by Mr. Bobbi Buche was Terrific and help make the meal. The management team was also great and came by to talk and make sure everything was up to snuff. I truly enjoyed my meal.

   We were going to come for happy hour at 5:30 however our plans changed so we showed up at 2:30 for a late lunch. We ordered the large Buffa-Lou wings, well done. It still seems really expensive $19.35 for 12 wings. They do give you a monster amount of sauce (2 ceramic containers with probably more than 4 ounces in each) of either ranch or Gorgonzola to go with it. Good thing we ordered them well done because they would've been flabby otherwise as they were really not as crispy as we had hoped. They did taste good. The place was pretty empty and they didn't have enough servers to clear off the tables so it was kind of gross sitting there with several uncleared tables near us. That's what happens between lunch and dinner so we probably can't really complain too much... it just gives you a weird feeling that's all. The place does have an odor that reminds me of restaurants that have carpeting. Not sure why since it doesn't have any carpeting in it. The ladies bathroom sink had two clogged drains and I let the server know so I'm sure they've cleaned it by now. We are big Lou's fans from Chicago however there are so many changes happening with the infusion of venture capital they received that it's a little sad as it no longer feels like a real family business anymore even though the Malnati’s are supposedly still there and "in charge."

   Enjoyed our House Salad with the amazing and tasty sweet vinaigrette dressing together with a medium deep dish “Lous” so we could have leftovers to bring home. Delicious. Our server Jennifer was outstanding and made our entire dining experience great.

   First time there. Shared a deep dish pizza and salad with the couple we went with…leftovers on both! Salad was amazingly delicious. Buttery pizza crust and chunk tomato topping was great.

   You simply cannot get better deep dish pizza in Arizona than Lou Malnati's. The Chicago Classic is the best with the nice shelf of lean sausage, and perfect flavor of the chunky tomato sauce. Our server was attentive and brought drink refills before we asked for them. The windows and doors were open, so it was a perfect mix of yummy pizza smells and the great outdoors. The value is decent, as the Large pizza could feed 4 adults (2 pieces each). You can't miss with Lou's!
