   Caleb, Crystal, Jodi, and Mike made the visit once again very pleasurable. Food was great and so was the service. Tried something new this time what was delicious and very filling.

   This was a great experience! Our server and the trainee with her were excellent; the food was delicious, and the ambience was superb. The noise level was considerably lower than it has ever been. We had a great anniversary date night!

   We had a very nice dinner and the service was exlemplary as usual. The food was great and the service outstanding. Firebirds has become our favorite restaurant in Surprise.

   Our waitress Crystal was the greatest. When our order of a loaded baked potato came as French fries she was able to switch it out immediately and it came hot. Some how she knew it was my birthday and she brought a free desert. She made us feel like we were her only customer. We we’re disappointed that the Surprise restaurant was so much noisier than the Peoria restaurant.

   ribs weren’t as meaty as expected. Server was really pushing the pineapple martini on my sister who wanted a rum drink

   We love their Baby Back Rib special as a member of their Inner Circle. These Danish baby backs are hard to find locally and they were cooked perfectly. Isaac was an excellent server as he knew the menu and went out of his way to accommodate the "subs" we requested. Overall, Firebirds is one of our favorites.

   Ribs were great, not overly saucy and perfect seasoning. Wish bread was better. Great service, new restaurant so the inside and patio were great!

   We had a great experience. The ribs were fantastic and the promotional price was a great value. A whole rack of ribs and two sides for 19.95. I certainly hope they have the same special in the near future. Also, the waiter brought us warm towels to wipe off our hands while eating the ribs. Kudos!

   We went after a movie. We were early for our reservations. They were able to seat us within a few minutes. Morgan was our server she was very pleasant and helpful. Made the whole evening a wonderful experience. Thank you.
