Our waiter and the manager were both wonderful and accommodating. I have a few food allergies and they made sure all my food was OK for me to eat. The service there is impeccable.

Best dining experience in Miami. We have lived here for 2 years and are continually disappointed. I picked out this place for a celebration and date night it was perfect. We did get there right at opening. While it was their slow time it was perfect for us. We could talk or have a quiet moment. Could hear the waiter and have full conversations about the amazing dishes. Compliments to the chef everything was expertly prepared, ingredients were fresh. Literally 15/10 knocked it out of the park. Even cocktails were top tier. The price tag was well worth the value in food and service quality. Highly recommend chef curated menus and the roll the dice drink for something fun and totally unique.

I booked the Lucky Cat based on previous visits to GR restaurants in London. The location leaves a bit to be desired and being further away from the action meant on both days we visited it was all but completely empty. I am also not sure there is a market for a pure Asian menu. Decor was akin to a London gentleman’s club. The lighting was too dim which necessitated the use of mobile phone torch to read menu. I don’t know why upmarket restaurant table lamps don’t have dimmer controls to adjust lighting. Maybe better when full but it just doesn’t wow or make it. Feel like a special occasion.All in all I wouldn’t choose to go again. Shame.

Food was great, but service could have been better. The Taste of Lucky Cat experience was poorly executed and vaguely explained when presented at the table. We were confused on which plate belonged to the right person, and you miss out on one of the appetizers if you’re GF. Not the level I expected for a Gordon Ramsey restaurant

I brought my family and we were really excited to dine. My husband and I had been there the year prior and wanted to share our experience with the rest of the family. While the food was good, unfortunately the service was absolutely atrocious. Gordon Ramsay was dining there, and that was exciting to see, but it seems the staff forgot about everyone else in the restaurant. Once he left for the evening, it only went further downhill. My water cup was empty more than it was full and our overall dining experience took nearly 3 hours. Two of my kids fell asleep while waiting for dessert and I was half tempted to skip dessert just to leave. It took an additional 30 minutes to get the tab and we had been overcharged for something that we ordered but was never delivered to our table. Overall good food, but for my family’s first time dining in a high end restaurant it was a terrible experience and not worth it. We were really disappointed because we flew all the way from CA to dine there the evening before a family cruise. Both events, dining at Lucky Cat and the cruise we had been saving up for over a year and it was supposed to be special for us all.

I recently visited Lucky Cat Miami and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. It took about 30-40 minutes to receive a soda, which seemed excessively long for a simple drink. Additionally, our server forgot several items we ordered, including drinks and dishes. This oversight affected our meal experience significantly and the dinner took over three hours. To top it off, the food quality was subpar as well. Given these issues, I won’t be recommending this restaurant and do not plan on returning in the future.

For the portions, the price is on the high end, even more so than Hell Kitchen. However, the experience, quality and service was great overall. It also stays open late which is a rarity.
