Join our Wine Series Experience! In partnership with Deschain Cellars, join us for an engaging 4-part wine series designed to enhance your understanding of wine. Each session will explore the foundations, flavors, and tasting techniques that every wine lover should know. Whether you're just getting started or looking to refine your palate, this relaxed and engaging experience will help you sip smarter and enjoy wine on a whole new level. If you sign-up for the full series, you will be enjoying over a 15% discount compared to the individual ticketing! Session 1 begins June 11 at 6:00 PM at Radici in Farmers Branch. Guests will also have the option to enjoy a delicious, chef-curated meal after the class for an additional fee. The following sessions will be each month thereafter. Here are more details about the sessions: Session 1: Flavors & Foundations: Discover Your Wine Language Dive into the foundations of wine tasting with a guided sensory experience. You’ll learn how to identify flavor profiles, understand wine structure (acidity, tannins, body), and confidently describe what you like and why. Expect an engaging session filled with discovery, note-taking, and of course—tasting. Session 2: Sips & Stories – The Narrative of Wine (July 9th ): Explore the intersection of storytelling and sipping in this relaxed, come-as-you-are experience. Guests will wander through themed tasting stations, each wine paired with a unique story—ranging from winemaking myths and cultural legends to personal anecdotes from the winemaker himself. Along the way, you’ll vote on your favorite narratives or have fun crafting your own descriptions. Session 3: Build Your Own Blend (August 13th): Blend, Sip, Repeat! Put your palate to the test in this playful, hands-on blending session. Guests will mix varietals together to create their own signature "wine in a cup," guided by a pro. Learn how winemakers think when blending and explore how each grape contributes to balance, aroma, and flavor. Session 4: Trivia & Tasting (September 10th): Wine-themed trivia night with friendly competition and prizes!
