Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience where you'll learn to craft Gordon Ramsay’s iconic Beef Wellington. Your evening begins with a complimentary welcome cocktail before one of our expert chefs guides you through a live demonstration of this world-famous dish. Then it’s your turn - roll up your sleeves and create your very own Beef Wellington to take home and enjoy. After the class, sit down in the restaurant to enjoy a three-course meal featuring Pan-Seared Scallops, Beef Wellington, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Please note: beverages, excluding water and the welcome cocktail, will be charged separately.

Shake and stir a selection of cocktails with a hands-on mixology masterclass. Imagine having your own signature cocktail to wow friends and family. During the masterclass, you’ll enjoy a house cocktail on arrival followed by learning how to master a classic cocktail then a bespoke cocktail of your own - delicious results assured, no matter the spirit, style or taste preferences! On the way, you’ll pick up a bit of cocktail history and develop your knowledge of the fascinating world of spirits. It’s all complimented with a fabulous platter of snacks to share.
