   I’ve always been a fan of Gordon Ramsey and I love brunch so when I heard that House’s kitchen was doing brunch, I immediately went there. It was amazing with fairly priced dishes, and of course, great food, drinks and staff.

   GR Hells Kitchen @ this location has been consistently excellent and this is no mean feat in a competitive market. I dine often @ fine dining locations globally, and am accustomed to many different types of cuisines in lots of locations. This is one of my favourites for the reasons stated. For reference, this is what we had this time: Prix fixe menu (scallops, beef Wellington, Brussels sprouts, sticky toffee pudding) & yellowtail carpaccio, crispy salmon skin, vegan dessert. All the items flavours were so complimentary and well balanced. Nothing was overly spiced/salted/sauced, but it all was just right, down to the correct temperature of the food. And the portion sizes were good too. Finally a restaurant that does what it’s meant to do-serve delicious food & strong drinks, with great service. Our server this time was Alex M and he was fantastic-10/10! Every time we visit, we are delighted with everything, and leave feeling happy and satisfied! Thank you for taking care of us, we love coming here solo and with people, and will definitely return soon!

   Everything was excellent except for the delay in service. We had a reservation at 12:00, placed our order shortly after, but the food took over an hour and a half to arrive. The staff did come over to apologize for the delay, and they applied a $3 discount to our bill. Despite the wait, the food was absolutely worth it — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Great experience overall, just hope for faster service next time!

   Overall great experience, low noise level, very clean and upscale ambiance. Host staff was just ok, waiter was nice and funny. Food and drink prices surprisingly moderate. Pre-fix brunch: French toast starter was delicious and the Steak and eggs entree was good and tender except the steak could’ve used a tad bit more seasoning. Pineapple Mimosa was on point! $28 valet was ridiculous smh.

    I really enjoyed our experience at Hell’s Kitchen Miami. The vibes was good, our waitress was wonderful and the food was great!! We started with with scallops and the meatballs. Both was delicious. My meatballs tasted fresh and like something my mom would make. There was some cold bits in the middle of the meatball so that was a point deducted there. The little potatoes in the sauce was fantastic. The scallops had some pork on top that really made that dish stand out. My wife ordered the crispy salmon and I had to order the famous beef Wellington. First the salmon. This dish tasted very Miami. Fresh seafood with a little kick. The slaw that comes on top had a little spice to it but it made the dish that much better, salmon was cooked just right. 4/5 point detection because it says crispy salmon and the skin was not crispy. Now toy the beef Wellington. I didn’t know what to expect with the dish but I was excited. I’ve only had homemade beef Wellingtons in the past so I was looking forward to this one. The Beef was everything I thought it would be. It cut like butter. I thought the pastry would be more flaky and it’s not. A little soft, and not as buttery as I like. The potatoes was soooo good. The brown gravy sauce reminded me of banquet gravy, so it reminded me of church banquets I went to as a kid. I see why this was a royal dish. 4/5 meat is delicious pastry not so much. I also tried the Mac and cheese, I wasn’t expecting this to be good to be honest. FYI I’m black and from Detroit. So I already knew what this Mac was about before I ordered it. 3/5 The drinks was fire!! 5/5 All and all we had a great time there, we had a table right next to the kitchen so it gave me all the vibes. They had a DJ in there playing house beats and it was a vibe! Definitely worth the visit.
