   First time at Enso. Our server, Taylor, was excellent guiding us through the menu. The food is designed for sharing. We ordered two skewers (chicken thigh and lamb meat balls) and shared the Cajun ramen (homemade ramen noodles). All the food was excellent as were the cocktails. We will be back.

   Fantastic server Alex assisted us through a intriguing menu. The fusion of Japanese and southern cuisine made for excellent options. The ramen , duck dipping noodles and tuna nachos were all wonderful experiences .

   We visited for the first time on Thurby when there was a guest chef. We really enjoyed the unique menu that night but can not speak to the regular menu. Service started strong but got a bit slower and the place became pretty loud as the Thurby crowd showed up. We plan to go back on a normal night to check it out again.

   We had a delicious meal and will absolutely be coming back again! The moment we walked in we were greeted by an incredibly kind team who made us feel welcomed! Each person we interacted with cared about our experience and the quality of the food and drinks, while inviting us to sit a while and savor the time. Taylor, our server, knew the menu inside and out and was happy to share recommendations, answer our questions and laugh with us throughout the night. From the lagniappe we were presented with at the beginning to the sake that tasted like a creamsicle at the end, it was clear that each person (front and back of the house) cared about the quality and experience of every person in the room. Thanks for an amazing, memorable meal and an incredibly fun evening! See you soon.

   Everyone RUN DONT WALK TO ENSO! Seriously Chef Weeks and is staff came back from the fire 6 months later better than ever. The menu finally feels really cohesive and everything is delicious! Go with your parter or friends and enjoy the experience. You won’t regret it trust me. Price is a little high for some of it but super worth it for the quality of food!

   Enso is the perfect date spot if you're tired of the same 2 or 3 cuisines. The southern-asian fusion menu is a hit and has been since they opened. I'm so glad to see them open and thriving again. When we went, it was packed! A bit loud, but I was just happy that everyone was so excited to be there. The restaurant even accommodated a reservation request for which table we wanted. Super attentive staff and very friendly. There were a couple moments where we waited a little long for service, but that's to be expected for a brand new staff group. The dinner ended up being less than $200 for two. We ate plenty, took home leftovers, and had 4 drinks between us. I would say that value is wonderful!! If you're at all intimidated by the menu, the staff is happy to walk you through everything. I recommend this restaurant to everyone I can - it's that good!

    This is a Louisville experience not to miss. Start to finish, this meal was the best I’ve had in Louisville in some time. Each dish was a uniquely tasteful.
