   My dad and I had a wonderful experience with the premade menus. Our server was wonderful and made our night amazing!

   One of my favorite places to eat in Arizona! Always have the best time here and enjoy all of the unique dishes that truly seem to get better with each visit. Drinks and desserts are incredible and the service is always amazing as well!

   I have been to Uchi several times and overall it’s been a good experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit I had to wait 30 minutes past my reservation time as well as waiting on the servers for food and drinks.

   We love how the chefs put together so many mouth watering dishes. Each bite is a treat. Our waitress (Chrissy?) is informed and suggested so many items to try. Unchi is in several cities and they all proven themselves as the place to be. Very chic

   This was our fourth time at Uchi, in two months. We loved it so much the first three times. This time was really bad. The service was bad; the food was decent but not excellent, and the manager’s concern about our experience was not at all up to par. There are much better sushi places in the valley than this one.

   5 star food and service. We came for our wedding anniversary and once again Uchi did not disappoint. We will be back very soon.

   This was our 3rd time at the restaurant. The first 2 times were absolutely incredible. We couldn’t wait to go back to the Uchi. We ended up sitting at the bar, even though we had reservations because a friend of ours had recommended sitting there as Austin the bartender was just amazing. We sat at the bar the first two times we ate there and Austin did not let us down. He made great drinks, suggested the best Food, and his service was top-notch. We went there this past Saturday evening and unfortunately Austin is no longer working there. The food was still good and we tried other things based on the bartenders recommendations. They were good, but just not as good as some of the other things we had had in the past. The drinks were good too, but Austin would make drinks off the menu as I have a very sensitive pallet. There is also one dish that Austin had recommended that was our favorite meal there. The other bartenders did not know what we were talking about and gave us the wrong menu item. We finally figured out what he had done and he had combined 2 different dishes, and timed them to be served at the same time. We still really like the restaurant and enjoyed it, but it definitely wasn’t the same experience.  i’m sure we will go back but not rushing like we did the first two times!

    Wonderfully creative food, great service, always like this place. We let our waitress, Fran, choose our courses and she did a great job of mixing it up. I really liked the folks that serve the dishes as well. They did a great job explaining them.
