Jessica took great care of our group! We had a reservation right after finishing dinner at Maison and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Great music and lively atmosphere— Highly recommend!

I recently visited Regines Lounge to celebrate a milestone birthday as a girls night for an upscale, memorable experience. Unfortunately, what we encountered was quite the opposite. We arrived dressed up and ready to celebrate, only to be met with a completely empty restaurant and service that was shockingly poor. Despite being the only party in the establishment, we experienced delayed service, inattentiveness, and a complete lack of hospitality from the staff. The most disappointing part was the interaction with the manager on duty. Rather than addressing our concerns with professionalism and care, he dismissed them entirely and accused us of being “aggressive” simply for voicing our disappointment which he asked for. That type of response is not only unacceptable but also indicative of extremely poor management and leadership. It’s baffling how a restaurant could be empty on a Wednesday night and still fall short on service. Having dined at many fine dining establishments we had high hopes for Regines Lounge. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet even the most basic expectations, and we left feeling frustrated and disrespected. We truly expected more from this establishment and, sadly, cannot recommend it to others looking for a quality dining experience.

Great looking place, we arrived while sunlight was still out but as soon as we walked in it was like night but suitably lit. All waitstaff was friendly and quick. We were able to order from the restaurant next door for dinner. Drinks were delicious and strong and the entertainment was great! It was disco night and they had a nice mix of 70s and 80s covers

The live band was absolutely fantastic. I wish I could say the same thing about the food. The order took forever for our server was fantastic. The food quality was terrible.
