   Our 2nd visit to Mojo in the past 30 days and it did not disappoint. The Cuban cuisine was fantastic and the service / attentiveness was on par with top dining establishments.

   Having lived in south Florida for several years, I can say that this Cuban food is the real deal. The ropa vieja was so flavorful. The black beans were some of the best that I’ve ever had. The key lime pie was outstanding.Everything was just about on point. One food suggestion though, offer a juice to dip the plantains in as a standard inclusion…this always made the chips pop when back in Florida. Just a little thing because really…this is a place to come eat for Cuban food like back in Florida.

   Mother’s Day. Our service was so so at best. The wrong food items were delivered to two of our 7 guests. The cocktail was forgotten and brought with the check. It wasn’t until the end of the meal that they offered to turn on the outdoor misters to help with the heat. Our server seemed frazzled.

   We each selected a different dinner item and all agreed the food was excellent I had lechon asado, a shredded pork dish. It was tender and tasty. Another had the sampler, the chicken was exceptional, cooked to perfection. The final guest had vaca frita, a fried beef dish that was delicious. The desserts were all totally yummy!! I had pastalitos, my favorite, chocolate and cinnamon. The others had key lime pie and flan. We all agreed it was well worth saving room for!!!!

   This was our first time here. The staff was amazing. The restaurant was clean and had a great vibe to it. The food was good, none of us had tried Cuban food before. We all would have appreciated a bit more “spice” but suspect that it was fairly authentic. We’d definitely go again.

   Excellent Cuban food. The classic mojito cocktail is very good as well. The server and staff were all very friendly and attentive. We shall return!

   Great service and delicious food. I loved the sampler appetizer. My first time tasting dishes so I tried the “ taste of Havana”. It was excellent and filling. I had so much food that I had to get a container to carry home about half of the entree. I also enjoyed the music that was playing in the background.

    A Hidden Gem with Old-School Hospitality I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and genuinely inviting—something that feels increasingly rare these days. The food was excellent (the Cubanio is to die for), and what really stood out was the presence of the owner, who was on-site and actively engaged in the dining room. Having grown up in the hospitality business—long before COVID changed the landscape—and paying my way through college working in fine dining, I truly appreciate when a restaurant gets it right. This place brought back that feeling. It was refreshing in the best way. Highly recommend to anyone who values quality food and real hospitality.
