First kudos to the chef who could be working at a Michelin establishment foos prep exquisite. Also, the manager was very professional and came to check on our table and see we were satisfied. The waiter was good but you could tell he was juggling an awful lot. First impressions were shameful. We booked this months in advance of our trip for a special romantic meal. We dressed up for the occasion out of respect as we were raised. We were staying in the Heartsong and got the notification sent to our phone as a reminder of the reservation. We walked down, found the restaurant and were 15 minutes early. We were sent away, and l must add rather rudely and told to comeback at exactly 8 pm. There was seating where we could have been asked ,’would you be so kind to wait here while we make sure your table is ready since you are a bit early?” No….we were chastised and sent away while the walk ins dressed in amusement park attire were treated graciously and said they didn’t have a place yet but if they could please come back at 8pm they could seat them. By contrast when we left we made reservations for breakfast and arrived about 10minutes prior and apologized however it was a different hostess who actually had a gift in hospitality and welcomed us and treated us kindly.

We are staying at Dreammore which is the sister property of heartsong and wanted to try it. Unfortunately for us it was underwhelming. The building is very minimalist compared to dreammore and very clean and open. This may be appealing to some but personally we like the homey feel of Dreammore. The portions were small and I had prime rib $48 that was mostly fat. I mentioned it to my server and he agreed. The drinks, I had a martini were also small in portion. And not made properly it was full of ice chunks. The wifey had shrimp and grits and she said they were just ok. The biscuits served with dinner were tasty! The s'more cheesecake was plain and was clearly made a while before. We wanted to love it. Service was also slow and the restaurant was pretty empty for 7:30pm Pool is very cool and the shops are nice. Great view from the front door out.

The service and food was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary with some of our children and grandchildren. The atmosphere, employees and most of all the delicious food made the event memorable. We definitely recommend Ember & Elm to anyone visiting Dollywood and/or the Pigeon Forge area.

Doug and Pastor were amazing. Checked in regularly and gave suggestions on the menu. We struggled with an Uber and I messaged the restaurant to say we might be late and they replied immediately telling me they would hold the reservation, amazing service and would Recommend a visit. Perfect choice to celebrate our anniversary on our holiday !

Lulu was our server and did an amazing job. All of her recommendations were spot on. Our food and drinks came out quickly and were very tasty. We had the charcuterie tray, braised beef, and Nashville hot chicken flatbread. The flatbread was more like pizza which is fine. The braised beef was super tender. The kids had kids meals that they ate. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d go again.

We went to celebrate our anniversary. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert. Everything was amazing. It was an absolutely beautiful and special experience.

The server, Lulu was amazing!!! The food, they did have, was amazing!!! Been at least 10 times and they have never been out of food. They was out of the charcuterie board and red fish. I got filet instead so no biggie, but I have been craven the charcuterie board since the last time we ate there and was very disappointed we couldn’t get it. Other than that setback, it was the same amazing, great place we love. Can’t beat the service or the quality of the food.
