Great food, GF choices & variety of beers. Our servers were friendly, on top of things & helpful. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend Alter Brewing!

Our server did the best she could but she was being asked to do too much and we couldn’t get went we needed in a timely manner

Went yesterday for Father’s Day - our group of 4 which was 2 adults and 2 kids. Restaurant was great space, good ambiance and food/drinks were good, however the service was so poor it really ruined the experience. For the price of it all, we won’t be returning. Our reservation was at 5:30pm and the place was about half empty when we arrived. It took at least 15-20 min before anyone acknowledged us after we sat. Someone dropped off 4 waters without saying a word and walked away. After another 10ish min, that same person returned and we found out it was our server! Never once did she say, “hey, welcome in! Here’s your waters, I’ll be back in a few to take your order.” We eventually did order and had to keep pressing her when we wanted to add more to the order because we were afraid we’d never see her again. Half the orders were wrong and drinks took forever (food actually came out in decent timing - probably because they had food runners and it wasn’t up to the server), but it wasn’t worth hunting her down to correct it or who knows how long it would take to even receive the correct items. Drinks were wrong, sides were wrong, items from dishes were missing…we would’ve ordered dessert but it wasn’t worth further disappointment. I had high hopes for this place. Maybe we just caught a bad day? Maybe our server was just filling in?

It was Father’s Day but not busy at first, but very busy when we left. Reservation was easy. Server was good, didn’t rush us, in fact, she seemed too busy. Shrimp tacos good but spicy, steak medallions were very good. Parking was terrible. We would return.

I was disappointed when they didn't have fish and chips at 5:00. That's very early and especially for a Father's Day sunday. I also wasn't thrilled with the Mac and cheese which by the way the server said I got with my meal but charged me for it. It was very watery and not creamy at all.

Our Fathers day was a disaster! 5 -Adults and 3 Kids. * Our Reservation was at 11:15 so the place was not busy at all * Drinks were order and the 4- Bloody Mary"s were weak and tasted bad from the mix * We ordered appetizers and 2- Kids meals ( Chicken tenders & macaroni with pasta sauce ) * Our Server was nowhere in site to complain about the drinks. * A Food runner only brought the macaroni dish and not the chicken. We told her to check the kitchen and never returned.. * The 2- appetizers were dropped ( Fried Pickles & Brisket-Potatoes chips Nacho's. These were room temp and loaded with liquid cheese on the Nachos- awful and these Nachos were room temp. Who came up with this? The Brisket pieces was tasty but cheese buried them * We were ready to place a Lunch order and no Server in site. Meanwhile my Grandson states the macaroni was cold! * After 15 minutes our Server appeared asking for the Lunch order and told her our Grandson was still waiting for his chicken tenders , and a finally they appeared. * At this point we all looked at each other and said we are done and wanted to leave. * Finally the Server asked for the order and we told her we wanted the check. We waited a good 10 minutes for the check to drop. This is a nightmare meal and our Server must of been new as the service level was sub-standard. I looked for a manager and just saw the Hostess stand crowded with seating new people. I also deleted the In Kind app associated with the chain. I think management should know and see my review as I am as candid as can be!

We were there during the day on a Saturday for lunch. Patio is nice, server was great, and so were the food & beer. Would recommend
