Absolutely outstanding steaks and seafood. Very creative side dishes, like the shrimp, lobster, mac and cheese. And the maple bacon corn. My lettuce wedge was superb, with Nueske's bacon and very rich bleu cheese. Peanut butter chocolate torte for desert. Nice wine selection. Kevin provided excellent service. Was there when we needed him but did not hover. This is fine dining at its best in Ocala.

Tried the Bison burger - absolutely fantastic. Cooked to perfection. A little hard to handle with all the toppings but well worth the mess I made. Chrissy is such a good waitress and the ambience and hometown feeling makes Remingtons so special. And dont forget to order the baby gem salad, our favorite.

My favorite restaurant! It was a big deal for me to bring family and pay the bill! They own a gourmet food business in Bellingham, WA and were blown away by our meal! My daughter said the risotto was the best that she’s ever had! My only request.., as so many of us do nowadays, I have a gluten sensitivity and what I have learned in the last couple of years that most of us with gluten sensitivity can eat organic wheat. Something about the processing that Americans do with their wheat and I don’t need to get into it, is causing a lot of gluten intolerance so if you folks would consider cooking with her organic wheat, first of all, it certainly goes with the level and class of your restaurant and second of all, it would include a lot of us in all of the products and we would be allowed to have some bread at the beginning of the meal . I Love Remingtons!

Not bad but very overpriced for what it was . Very dark inside which makes it hard to see the steak temperature . Waitress was good , very attentive . Overall noise level was fine . Steak was just average with an above average price tag . Will go again but order something different not the average overpriced NY strip steak . My daughters said the burger was excellent .
