Well. Less than expected. Floors dirty and question why is there carpet on dining floors and food on them? Should we do random cultures of carpets. Gross We ordered the drunken shrimp. It was great until I ha the Avacado sticker in my food. However server quick to take away and the manager Chris instantly appeared with sincere apologies. We went during Sunday brunch! Think twice about that. Very loud and noisy. But it was ok. Everyone was enjoying their time. This high end restaurant is actually a mid end high priced restaurant. We might go again but not on Sunday. Try for yourself. Enjoy.

Food was excellent and so was our waitress, but the noise level was horrible. For the prices charged, it is not a place where to go for comfortable conversations to be heard at your table.

We have dined at Cooper’s Hawk multiple times and were club members. Last night’s experience was so disappointing as we were celebrating our 12 year anniversary and have never had such a poor level of service. I had made reservations for 5:00 pm on a Saturday and we were sat around 5:30 pm. Our waitress was dismissive and acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there. She never brought bread to the table and shortly after giving our order, the assistant GM, Vince, came over and told us our server wasn’t feeling well and had to leave and that he would be taking care of us. This seemed odd as it seems like another server would have been assigned our table. Vince took our order (again) and then shortly after that exchange our original server came to the table saying she had had an allergic reaction and that she was fine now. The rest of the service continued to be inconsistent including no follow up by the server, dishes stacking up on our table, and a complete sense of inefficiency. Very disappointing experience!

Great experience! Food was great, service was great, and the price was reasonable. We felt like the menu had so many options that we needed to come back soon to try other things! It was a great date night!

I’ve visited Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Wesley Chapel a couple of times, and while it’s always a bit crowded, the experience is still worth it. The place tends to fill up quickly, so be sure to book a reservation if possible; otherwise, you may end up waiting a while. The vibe is lively, but it can feel a bit hectic due to its high level of activity. The food is consistently excellent, offering a diverse range of options that are both flavorful and satisfying.
