The girls were extremely welcoming and nice but service was super slow and as we got there we were told the pizza oven was broken which was huge bummer. Atmosphere is casual but very loud. Not sure I would go back.

The food was great but the service was amazing. I took my 82 year old mother and her best friend also in her 80’s out for birthday dinner. They treated them both like queens. As we were leaving a terrible thunderstorm came up. The two hostesses walked them out to the car with umbrellas to ensure they did not get wet while I got them and their walkers into the car. They truly went above and beyond. Will definitely be going back.

0 STARS! This was our second experience at Grana & it will definitely be our last. The 1st time was at the Roswell location & multiple things occurred. 1.) All food came out at completely different times 2.) Our pizza came out with the wrong toppings 3.) Pasta was undercooked 4.) Drinks took 20-30 minutes to come out Our server told us the systems were down and the kitchen was backed up so we figured that was why we had such a bad experience & thought it was just a bad night. We tried our luck at the 2nd location- Dunwoody The restaurant was extremely slow, you would think it was closed but our service was lacking & very slow. We asked for gnocchi (trying for better luck this round) & our server told us yes we have it here under “Cavatelli”. Honestly we had no idea that was its own type of pasta as we asked the server for gnocchi and she said “yes it’s the cavatelli pasta”. We showed her a photo of the gnocchi dish we wanted as pictured on Instagram & she still pointed us to the cavatelli, disappointing. The server stood over us hovering saying “well do you like this one, did you try it even?” (Made us feel like we had to keep it) I wanted Chicken Parmigiana but without any marina sauce (allergy issue) and asked to replace it with a white sauce, such as Alfredo. I told them I did not mind paying an up-charge fee for the sauce change and they told me this was impossible to do. They double checked with the kitchen/manager & said it wasn’t possible to have a white sauce instead of red…seriously? They would not even let me order it without marinara & a side of Alfredo sauce to build it myself since the kitchen wouldn’t? After all of this the server didn’t even apologize for recommending a dish that was different than what we asked for & not letting me order a simple meal. They didn’t give a discount or anything, a manager didn’t come out to apologize. After all of these experiences, we will not be coming back & will NOT be recommending either location to anyone.

The combination of loud music, a lot of young children, and open kitchen makes for a very loud environment. The food was timed poorly. Entrees came out after we had our salads for just a few minutes, and my husband’s entree came to the table five minutes before my entree came out. Then when we finished our meal our server was no where to be found. The food was decent but the chaotic atmosphere and service will prevent me from returning.

El ambiente y la atención de primera, la pasta que ordenamos picante para mi gusto pero de resto todo estuvo bien, volveria pero definitivamente pediria otra cosa

Such amazing food everytime!!! I love the gnocchi, but they didn’t have it this time - shells were second best :)

The vibe was off in this place. I saw the hostess more than our waitress. Hostess dealt with our issue with the food. The chef came out from the kitchen to basically say to the hostess, while they were standing next to our table, that sometimes the meat is just red. That makes no sense to me when only 1 out of 6 meatballs we received was red and tasted mushy and off. I did not appreciate that he passive aggressively had to make a point that we were wrong. Ruined the whole experience for me. The food was fine but would not go back.

The manager was very welcoming and made accommodation for our wedding day we just came out of the court and made sure we were settled in and gave us some appetizers on the house they went beyond to make sure we were okay would highly recommend eating there , food was amazing
