    Took a long time to get any meat come around to the table. Sides came at the end of the meal. The market table was empty and did not refill and of the cheese, bread, Bacon, or prosciutto the entire meal.

    Our waitress abandoned us quickly. I had to search for her even after asking the hostess for help to pay the bill in order to make our show on time. We sat for 2.5 hours because of the terrible service.

    Always a great meal. We are so touched that Jason always makes it a point to stop by to greet us and thank us for dining. And he loves the Dodgers too!!!!! It just makes it feel so much more special. Thank you!!!!!!

    Service was awful. Took forever to get wine list, plates and drinks. Lobster tail was raw, complained 5 times to replace it and then was charged for replacement. Management did take 15 percent off the bill, but i would never go back. I was so disappointed. I was really hoping for a great experience. Even after i spoke to management the service was lacking. It was $100 a person and the food was mediocre. Do not recommend this restaurant.

    We love this location! But last visit there was a big party in their private conference room that may have taken the bulk of their servers. It took a long time for a server to see us after we were seated. We were waiting for 30minutes just to be entertained and given water.

    Great location and the staff is awesome, the gauchos are very knowledgeable and friendly, able to explain the cuts and offer suggestions.
