Fun fact—there’s no Winnie or Ethel here! This charming diner is the brainchild of life and business partners Aaron Lee and Mal Gott. After winning The Great Las Vegas Coffee Shop Giveaway in 2023 (like a local Shark Tank for foodies!), the duo brought their shared vision to life in the heart of Las Vegas.

At Winnie & Ethel’s, every dish tells a story. Our food is crafted from scratch by award-winning chef Aaron Lee, honored in the Las Vegas Weekly 40 Under 40. Second visit here for brunch. Brought our older kiddos this time. Love the atmosphere and service! Food is great. Shared the cinnamon French toast with my daughter along with crispy bacon and over easy eggs on the side. Hubs said his steak was a little bit salty for his taste but enjoyed the dish. Will have to try their dinner service next time.

Although the restaurant was very understaffed and it took a long time for a staff member to acknowledge me at the hostess stand, I was very impressed with how hard the staff were trying to get people sat and fed in a timely manner, despite the staffing difficulties they were facing. Our waiter was very friendly and did a great job. The food we ate was excellent.

I had a great experience. A must try is the pancake melt with the house butter syrup. OMG!!! Best I’ve ever had!

I looked forward to dining here but I was underwhelmed. The server was great and apologized for some of the inconveniences. The food was brought out little by little not all together so we can eat together. The peach cobbler pancakes lacked the peach cobbler taste they were a bit dry The Nashville hot catfish sandwich should be called a catfish sandwich with creole sauce The fish and grits was truly just catfish with a small scoop of grits and some eggs My son did enjoy his chocolate chip pancakes I do appreciate the freshness of the food it was just missing the flavor, I was expecting the flavor to wow me just a bit.

Great service, our waitress was so kind and explained the menu. The cinnamon roll is amazing and with the wait.

The coffee is really good. We both ordered a cinnamon bun, it had lots of frosting, but a bit on the dough side. My over easy eggs were cold, the potatoes were good. My husband had peaches and pancakes. The pancakes tasted like too much baking soda was used. It was okay, but I don't think we'll be back.
