   Our waitress Services was beyond exceptional. All her commendations were on point. It was Mother’s Day and it did not disappoint and had so many details, including flowers to purchase just in case you needed them and gifts to the moms at the table on the way out. I loved it.

   Brought my mom for Mother’s Day brunch we had a great time considering it was a busy day employee know how to work under pressure and keeping a good attitude. Also want to comment on complementary rose and chocolate very nice touch as someone who noticed small details. ❤️

   I've dined here a few times before and always had a positive experience, which is why I made a reservation weeks in advance for this visit. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing. Despite the reservation, we were seated outside in extreme heat, which made the entire experience uncomfortable—we were sweating and directly under the sun. Our server was clearly overwhelmed, juggling tables spread all over. We had to ask multiple times just to get water, and cocktails took over 30 minutes to arrive. When they finally did, they were underwhelming—small glasses filled mostly with ice and diluted juice, definitely not worth the price. While others eventually stepped in to help the server, the service remained painfully slow. To top it off, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. Given the overall experience, this felt excessive, but we just paid and left. Disappointed, especially after such great previous visits.

   Overly crowded… did not live up to what I expected. Bartender he was amazing and so was our server. Truffle pizza was good. Steak and branzino were mediocre.Very pricey and not worth it in my opinion.

    I had high hopes for Casa Neo in Miami, but unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. I had a 9:45 PM reservation and wasn’t seated until 10:20 PM—an unacceptable delay, especially without any meaningful communication or apology from the staff. While the food itself was excellent and delivered in a timely manner once we were seated, the service staff throughout the evening was clearly overwhelmed. Our server was kind but stretched far too thin, which led to long waits for basic needs—most notably, it took over 25 minutes just to receive our check after asking for it. What made the situation worse was the management's response—or lack thereof. Keith, the manager on duty this evening was very lacking in the hospitality you would expect in an establishment such as this. When we brought up our concerns, Keith offered little acknowledgment and no real effort to address the poor service or long wait times. Overall, despite the quality of the food, the disorganization and lack of accountability made the experience frustrating. I do not recommend Casa Neo and will likely never return.
