I booked a reservation with them for a inside upstair seating but when I got there they didn’t have me for the inside and placed us outside in which we didn’t have an umbrella or any shade and had to ask someone for theirs when they left. The seating honestly completely ruined our mood we were so hot that we didn’t want to drink that much but our server Xiya definitely made the experience a little better she was honestly a delight and helped us as best as she could and explained everything throughly and simple. She had such great energy and was the main reason why we stayed. All in all I would come back as long as I get the seating that I booked my reservation for. Because the seating in this season can definitely make or break your experience. And I feel if you’re putting a hold on my card and expect me to spend $50 per person then I definitely want the same energy when I express where I want to sit at.

It was terrible! Half the food never arrived, manager was absolutely no help. Go here for one drink then go somewhere else!

The food was not worth it. I went with a group of 4 and no one was satisfied with their food. $50 minimum so you have to spend the money whether you like the food or not.

Original time slot was never booked due to Wicked Wolf changing their reservation policy and reservation was not prompted properly on open table. Called in to check on reservation and host didn’t even try to help just kept telling me I had to book on open table and advised her I did and she told me “I don’t know what else to tell you” with an attitude.
