   A lovely location with easy access from both freeway and Richmond Parkway. I have been a customer over many years. The experience from my early arrival through the meal was delightful. I was engrossed in a conversation with a friend and we never felt rushed. I love that our food arrived hot (I really don't enjoy paying for a entre that arrives tepid!) Our server was first class.

   Dinner at Biancoverde at Hotel Mac is a must do. It is Italian food done well. Delicious and well prepared. Service is outstanding.

   Not attentive, felt rush, food was not seasoned, pizza was soggy, told our waiter and he did nothing about it, poor customer services

   The food was standard Italian fare and good but pricier than it should be. Unfortunately a lot of places are like that nowadays. The service was good, and they tried to be attentive. What I did not appreciate was the place added 3% to your bill if you paid with a credit card essentially passing along their fees to the customer. That was not disclosed (if it was , it was not apparent) nor appreciated. That alone will make me not go back and not recommend this establishment as their pricier menu should cover that expense. I wound up reducing the tip from 20% to 17% to offset the charge which unfortunately hurt the servers due to the owners business decision to not absorb their own vendor fees which should be standard modus operandi.

   Prefixe mother's day menu. I had the avocado-seafood appetizer and a caprese salad. Both were very good, though the "vine-ripened" tomatoes in the salad could have used a bit more time on the vine. Server was attentive without being annoying, ambience was cool vintage hotel, stylish and quiet.

   Service was below average. We had to ask for menus for the whole table. Bought a bottle of wine and the server didn’t fill glasses for the table. Once we finished dinner. Quickly, service stopped once we got the bill. Bar was great dinner overpriced and lacked service.

   We arrived 30 minutes early for our reservation. The restaurant was not that busy, so we were seated with no problem. My wife had a Cosmo, which was the appropriate size, and she said it was excellently prepared according to her request. I had a Martini, which was quite good, but I feel, quite skimpy. There was significant room left in the glass for more. This was the only real negative we had. However, the skimpy Martini was offset by the huge glasses of Malbec we each ordered. It was the biggest glass of red wine in a restaurant I can recall. We each left half a glass, which broke our hearts because it was a tasty Malbec. Moving on to the food. We had a garlic pizza as an appetizer. It came loaded with garlic and piping hot. Both of us enjoyed it. I had grilled Ahi Tuna on a bed of shredded squash. It was perfectly prepared, seasoned, and tasted wonderful. My wife had Penne Salmon in a vodka sauce. Once again, it was very hot, perfectly prepared, and delicious. For dessert, my wife had coconut cream pie; It was a large portion and the best rendition of this dish my wife has ever had. I had the Banana bread with candied walnuts and a great sweet sauce. Service was timely and very polite. The ambiance was enjoyable, blending a classic old restaurant with a contemporary menu. We loved the place and cannot wait to return.

   From the host to the busboy, all the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive. The food was such a surprise. We found the fried calamari to be a good portion and each ingredient was cooked perfectly. The cioppino was the same, with each type of seafood done just right. We will definitely be back.

    Delicious meal, attentive service, cozy atmosphere- everything was ideal for a fun meal with a good friend. The burrata was outstanding, as was the shell stuffed with chicken and spinach. I don’t usually order chicken when I eat out, but this was intriguing and measured fully to my expectations. The rich cream sauce kept it from being dry , but was not overpowering. The burrata was light and crunchy on the outside and tender and smooth inside. A perfect appetizer! Portions were generous, so I had to take home half my entree. Service was attentive, but not obtrusive. We were upstairs above the charming historic bar, but felt the vibe from the piano playing under our table. Can’t wait to come back!
