Introducing The Greggory, set to open in the Arboretum of South Barrington on March 7th, 2025. This restaurant redefines American classics with a touch of warm, sincere hospitality. The establishment is helmed by seasoned restaurateurs Gregg Horan of Gibsons Restaurant Group and Bill Veremis of Rosewood Steakhouse Group, alongside partner Executive Chef Jose Sosa of Gibsons Italia.

My wife and I had an excellent dining experience last night at the Greggory. From the moment we arrived when we were enthusiastically greeted by the host staff, until we finished dessert, paid the bill and were wished a “good night” by the hostess, we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to The Greggory. Our server was excellent in providing recommendations. She paced our meal perfectly. The food was perfectly prepared and tasted wonderful. All the staff with whom we interacted were friendly and professional. They made us feel very welcomed. The Assistant GM even stopped by to check in with us during our dinner last night as well. Thanks again to all for making our anniversary dinner an experience to remember. We will be back.

Just like dining downtown, without the commute. Beautfiul interiors, professional waitstaff, and great vibe along with good eats.

The filet and the halibut were both outstanding. The service was great! And, the atmosphere is beautiful. It was an outstanding experience!

Great new cool restaurant with a downtown vibe. Food was over the top great. Best copper river salmon I ever had! Husband loved his tomahawk pork chop. So tender! Cauliflower side dish was unique and delicious. Our waitress was so sweet and made great recommendations. She had at least 2 large groups plus us so it was hard for her to keep up. We had at least 4 different people approach our table to see how things were going. One actually asked how the service was lol. Overall a great experience. Prices were fair too.

Our first visit to The Greggory exceeded our expectations!! Donald was our server and he was outstanding. One of the managers came to the table to make sure we were enjoying our experience. The is the best restaurant in the Northwest Suburbs. We will come back again and request Donald as our server.
