Message in a Bottle and the restaurants at The Village Dunwoody are the vision of hospitality veteran and owner of Dash Hospitality Group, David Abes. Chef Camron Woods, Culinary Director for The Village, and along with Phil Handley, have created a thoughtful approach to the food & beverage selections. The bar menu features a mix of vibrant cocktails, beach beers, and complimentary wines. Start your dining experience with a Seafood Tower, Oysters Rockefeller or the Ceviche de la Día. The menu features a selection of the daily Fresh Catch, Crispy Seafood Platter, and Chef's famous Maine Lobster Pot Pie. The dining room has a fun beach vibe with nautical decor and other seating options include the Raw Bar, Screened Porch, or Private Dining Room.

As usual, since we visit Message in a Bottle often, our experience was excellent. The food is always fresh and delicious. This time I tried the Napa Salad with Ahi tuna and it was exceptionally fresh and the tuna was outstanding. My husband ordered his usual, Crab lobster bisque and the mussels. Always our favorites! Our friends joined us from Montana and loved the experience as well. The service was impeccable. Catherine, our server was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. She’s a pro! We always love seeing David Abes, a personal friend, who is the ultimate host. He certainly has made Dunwoody a fun place to come to eat. We will be back soon!

Great fish preparations, amazing both on the mussels, good but affordable wine list, fun staff and environment. We love this place.

Message remains a wonderful place for a special occasion or weekday meal. Servers are knowledgeable, genuinely care about your experience and the food is delicious and presented so beautifully. Just wish the owner could control the weather. The patio is a perfect to eat and enjoy an evening even when it’s raining.

We were visiting from out of town and needed a break from clearing out a house for a move. The break you gave us was perfect. Your server was knowledgeable, personable, attentive and elevated our experience beyond just the delicious food. Lobster Crab Bisque…delicious…and I am a Maryland girl so seafood is my game. My husband and I had fresh fish dishes prepared “our own way” simply with his blackened and mine in a delicious simple butter garlic sauce. Just great. Dish sides were all yum…but, the most memorable epicurean experience was the creamed spinach and was frankly to die for! Thank you again for the perfect and needed outlet to our crazy packing the house days. We will definitely be back!

Delicious cuisine—salmon, redfish, and pasta. Great happy hour oyster prices. John was an enjoyable, outstanding server. Can’t wait to return.
