This was our first time here. We have eaten in the Chicago Rosebuds often. We were hopeful this iteration would be as good. Nope! The service was mediocre. Waitress was very nice but screwed up the order and didn’t bring the apps first. Brought everything together. The manager was very nice and bought us dessert for the errors. The cocktails were also not good. Lacked liquor. A poor measured pour. The food, all though the portions are huge, (it’s only draw that I can see), was really very average. The chicken parm, the size of Boca Raton, was bitter, overcooked and very thick with breadcrumbs. Tough to find the chicken as it was pounded so thin we were mostly eating breadcrumbs and cheese with bitter tomatoe sauce. We had a side of pasta the was undercooked and again the sauce not good. We ordered the beignets that we had as our “free” dessert were way over fried and again not great. But since the manager gave them to us, we didn’t send back. Ok, bottom line time. Boca is loaded with really good Italian Restaurants and Mia Rosebuds isn’t one of them.

Mia Rosebud's ambience is wonderful. Our server Alan warm and talented providing the right recommendations and allowed us to dine at our pace. The food was delicious.

Best meal I've had there and I've been there a good number of times. Our server was fantastic, displaying professionalism while also providing a warm, friendly atmosphere. I've tried many different dishes and all have been authentic!!!!!

Amazing experience. Great ambiance with an amazing service. Our server Alan was top notch and the food was excellent. The portions are large enough to share if two people choose to do so or you can get your own and have left overs to bring home. Mia Rosebud pays attention to detail even having the Manager come over to our table to make sure everything was done correctly and we were happy. I give this restaurant my highest recommendation and cannot wait to go back.

Our first time, a great experience. Food was fantastic. Overall vibe of the place is relaxing and comfortable. Service was a little slow, but we went in a rush so it really did not negatively impact our experience. The waiter actually apologized at the end. Saying if you come during the week I will be able to give that first rate service you expect. Again, we will be back for sure.

We had such an amazing time last night! The food was delicious and our server, Ramiro, was truly wonderful. We went with all of his recommendations and they were superb. The entire staff were all so great! It was one of the best dining experiences that the two of us have had in a very long time. We are looking forward to returning again soon.

My wife and I love me, Rosebud. My wife’s sister was with us for dinner yesterday, and she also felt that the food and service were excellent. The noise level was higher than I like, but that seems to be true of all restaurants these days. I don’t know why background music has to be loud when people want to talk. Also, there are things that could be done to lessen the overall intensity of conversation at the restaurant. Other than that, I give it a 10 out of 10 in all areas. Will be back again as we have before.
