At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

It was very busy, but rightfully so since it was Father's day. We were checked on regularly and anything we needed was brought out promptly. Good experience! We will be back.

VERY loud...atmosphere wasn't as nice as we had hoped...seemed like the same meat kept coming to our table...had rather long wait times for the items we really wanted...been to several Brazilian steakhouses and, unfortunately, based on our experience, this one ranked at the bottom. HUGE bone in the chicken salad from the salad bar...I legit almost choked on it!! For a place that charges as much as you do, bones in the chicken salad just aren't acceptable!! ESPECIALLY one as large as the one I almost choked on! Also, one of the meat guys had a tray full of some kinda barbecued ribs & was tipping it so bad that juices were dripping all over my 16 month granddaughter!!! If it wasn't so busy(which I took into account so did not mention the poor service itself)and if it weren't for it being Father's Day & we were celebrating the fathers in our family, I would've demanded to speak to a manager....chicken bone was bad enough-but potentially harming my granddaughter w/hot liquid meat drippings-THAT took a lot of for me NOT to speak to the person in charge!!!!

We have never had a bad time here. Food is always phenomenal and consistent. The ribeye is phenomenal, the other cuts are great. We just eat the steak! And a lot of it 🤣

Food and service were outstanding!!!! Our family of nine were celebrating three fathers and two birthdays. Everyone enjoyed themselves and nobody leaves hungry. This is our go to place for family get togethers and my wife and I enjoy it by ourselves too!

Been to Fogo and CS Brazilian and the service at Gauchos is way way better. You ask for something and it seems seconds later it’s at your table. Very courteous accommodating staff, salad bar is good, Mets are good, plus they have salmon, roasted pineapple and the honey cheese. I would highly recommend and this will be my go to place for Brazilian steak. Only slight critique is it’s very loud inside due to everyone enjoying their meals

We went for dinner at Gaucho's for Father's Day and had an amazing time. We had never been to Gaucho's, although we had been to other similar places where they bring meat to the table. All four of us agreed that Gaucho's is the best. The salad bar has so many wonderful choices and a great hot bar, the meats were well seasoned and very tender, and most notably, the service was outstanding. We were treated so warmly, the servers checked in very often... we loved every part of our meal.

We celebrated a Birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it truly memorable. The food is always excellent, the staff actually looks like they enjoy their jobs, and the facility is always spotless. Every component of the meal was top notch.
