MIDA by Chef Douglass William's is now open in the bustling Fenway neighborhood. This outpost of our James Beard Nominated restaurant group is situated just a few blocks from Fenway Park within close walking distance to several destinations including the Museum of Fine Arts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and the Beth Israel Medical Campus. Come enjoy staple dishes from our scratch kitchen such as Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe, New Haven-Style thin crust pizza, crispy Arancini, and much more. Manoli provided us with top notch service. He took such good care of us! He knew the menu inside and out and made wonderful recommendations. We had so much fun thanks to Manoli. He is an asset to your restaurant.

My friend and I had a wonderful dinner (cacio e pepe for me) and a busy but still attentive server. We were late for frustrating reasons and they held our table a few extra minutes after I called to explain our circumstances. That was greatly appreciated! The wines were interesting and our server was knowledgeable about them. The arancini is an appetizer to not miss and save a little room for some gelato at the end of your meal! The only downside is the noise level. There doesn’t seem that any effort has been made to absorb sound and the din took away from the otherwise excellent experience for me.

Was our first time at this location. We had a great experience - our server, Manoli, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as engaging. My wife and I were celebrating our 7th anniversary, we hope to be back next time we are in the Fenway area.

Had great hopes for the Fenway location. Love the original. The service was excellent. Very nice wine list. We started with the Burrata - it was absolutely excellent. For the main we did the Marathon special, 5 tastings. We went all pastas. Most were undercooked. I like a good al dente. These didn't make it there. There was an excess of lemon zest and pepper on several of our dished. The carbonara, which I love and have tasted all over the world, was not a carbonara. The gnocchi was nice and light because of the cheese vs potato, but suffered from the over lemon/pepper. Honestly, disappointing.

The menu featured on OpenDoor did not match what was in the restaurant. We came here specifically for chicken Parmesan and were told it was not possible.

Went early in the evening, service was very attentive, friendly greeting at the door, waitress checked in often at the table but at the same time not too much to be interfering w/dinner. Water was refilled frequently which I appreciate. Everything we had was very good (esp the arancini, and the chicken dish). I didnt have pasta, but it looked delicious. Cocktails were done well, the bar looked nice if you wanted to drop in or opt to sit there instead. Ambiance is good - energetic, 'clean' lines/decor. It's a busy place, so the noise level is loud, but not so much where it's hard to have a conversation. I would definitely go back.
