   This is a hard review to write. I love Crocante and always bring people here because the service and food are amazing. Sadly, today the food outshined the service. We were a party of two and when I sat down the server wanted to take my food order, I said we will take water and chicken wings and that I would wait to order pizzas for my friend to arrive. The sever seemed to be annoyed with that response, read through body language. My friend arrives, The wings come out, and we ask for our water. A few minutes later we had to ask again, for our first cup of water. We finish the wings(that were originally taken to another table, and they walked to 6 tables asking if they ordered these wings, I finally spoke up and said I think they are ours.) , and 1 cup of water. Server came by and asked if we wanted more water, we say yes, we were eating wings….He walks away and doesn’t come back for a long while. Another server comes by and asked if if we are ready to order our meals, and again I ask for a water refill. (At this point I think I am on a hidden camera show, as the table next to me was asking for the same thing, they got food before their drinks, the server couldn’t remember what the had.) Then 25 minutes later the original person comes back asking what we ordered, an we told him we hadn’t ordered yet, but would love to. We did. 2 broccolini and sausage pizzas, one Gf. So yummy! All the food was absolutely amazing. The service was not as thorough as we have had in the past. I know they were busy, but even a carafe of water at tables would keep customers happy, especially on a hot day or when eating wings. It may have been a busy day, 80+ degrees, but drinks really should come out before the food. We ordered ranch and they charged us $3.00. Not worth the price for that small container. I do hope this was an off day. I will update this review when I go back, and things are different.

   We decided to try brunch at Croccante after enjoying their Detroit-style pizza on numerous occasions. It’s now our new favorite place for brunch in Napa. We had the Georgian with chorizo and the breakfast sandwich with sausage. The Georgian was one of the most delicious brunch dishes I have ever eaten. You have to try it. The breakfast sandwich was prepared with a brioche bun which was incredible. We will be back soon for the pizza and the brunch.

   DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE!! The Detroit style pizza is beyond description. The flavors are amazing and the thick, light airy crust with crispy bottom cannot be compared to any pizza we’ve ever had. The wait staff are super friendly and responsive. 5 Star all the way.

   My mom said she was in the mood for Pizza so I looked on the map and chose this place based on the variety of the menu. I was sure what “Detroit” style pizza was but I was so impressed. It was so delicious and fresh tasting. The staff was all very welcoming and on top of their service. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

   Excellent all around. Pizza and gelato delicious. Chad was an excellent server. We will return.

   Corccante Wings were amazing. Mushroom pizza and Croccante pizza were both very good- the crust was real Detroit style

   I returned to this place after a Year's absence + I suspect they must have a new chef because everything has gone downhill, In my opinion. The wings used to be crispy and juicy. Now they're pre-baked and not crispy and the meat is overcooked and dry. The pizza appears to have shrunk. It gets served perched upon an 8x10 pan but probably measure 6 and 1/2 by 8 in. And although the dough is airy and light, the bottom is overcharred and greasy. And the salad is completely overdressed and soggy. Something's wrong in the kitchen.
